Beausejour Dairy Bar

A little pricey this year but the burgers n onion rings are still the best in town so far!

This place is a delight during summers . Nice place to sit outside, nice affordable ice cream. Perfect

This is my 2023 May updated review with an additional star.The Beausejour dairy bar has improved drastically and the service is much more reliable. While there can still be improvement, this is definitely a place you should dine at at least one during your visit to Beausejour. I will provide more info for this review after my series of visits are completed for 2023.

2 trips to the Dairy Bar so far. Friendly staff, Big menu & reasonable prices. Had the Skor Twister the first time which was tasty and creamy with skor crumbles right to the bottom of the cup. Got more adventurous the second time and ordered a Dip & Roll - vanilla soft ice cream dipped in blue raspberry and rolled in crushed smarties. It was big, good thing I only ordered a medium. So yummy and it was fun eating it!

Love stopping at the dairy bar on the way to or from the lake. Nice atmosphere although there is noise from traffic going by.

Annette’s diner is way better quality more food and 30% cheaper. That being said this place is pretty tasty. Just don’t understand why it’s so expensive.

Too and from the lake, a perfect halfway point for ice cream! After recently discovering it we turned off the highway on the way back home, pretty late at night, and were pleased to discover the late hours! Easy access, plenty of space on site to sit and enjoy your treat. Thinking of trying the mini donuts next time and am wondering if they're prepared on site. See you guys again.

I've always loved the atmosphere of the dairy bar. But if the food quality can match that atmosphere well There are other places to eat in town. A poutine is about as simple as it comes. I shouldn't have to send it back three times. Almost no gravy... then lots of gravy but barely warmed up... then had it brought out to me to try and tell me they burned their hand putting the gravy on when it clearly can't even melt the cheese. The first two times I watched the manager or owner see what I sent back. In my opinion that is a direct reflection of management and ownership. From a picture point of view it looks appealing ... but as you can see it can't melt the cheese... and this is after remaking the whole thing. I couldn't be less impressed. Especially when you're hungry.I literally just changed it from two start to one... worst flavourless poutine I've ever had. Tastes like salt and that's about it.

A neighbourhood gem! Best ice cream selection & service is always great. Poutine is delicious, however chicken burgers & deep fried pickles could be better. Reasonably priced menu. Always a treat to visit!

Ice cream is great, food not so much, over priced for small portions.
