This place is a total scam. They tried to sabotage my case and I only salvaged it by doing everything myself. They were trying to help the other side of the dispute and when I wouldn't have that, they ghosted me, which I kind of suspected would happen from the beginning because they started off by lying to me about paying for the registered mail, and made a bizarre comment about closing my file if they didn't hear from me which didn't make sense because they were supposed to contact me about a question I had. The question was how does one serve evidence on the other party? They didn't know the answer !! In retrospect that seems like they have never actually done one of these hearings. I googled for other reviews about this place and found someone who had a substantially similar experience as I did. I am going to make a complaint against them in the charity registry because this is totally fraudulent. They absolutely should not have charitable organization status.
