First time using Ethos Plumbing & Heating and Calvin was very responsive and able to adapt to my tight schedule. Calvin was honest and tried to fix a leaky faucet before replacing the whole thing. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and even cleaned up the area he worked on before he left. Pricing is reasonable and fair comparable to others.

Ethos Plumbing and Heating offered professional service and good pricing. Very knowledgeable staff. They are very professional and let us know what needed to be done. At no point did we feel like they were trying to sell us services that we did not need. I was impressed by the professional and respectful staff. They took the time to explain all of the repairs and left the area cleaner than what it was when they started! I have already recommended Calvin to a neighbor and will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing or heating services! Thanks, Calvin!

I called Ethos Plumbing for an emergency leak and we had an immediate response time from the office. We received upfront pricing with no hidden fees. The emergency rates are fair compared to the other big box companies. Ethos Plumbing sent out their technician right away and arrived in less than an hour after calling. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work.

Our Navien tankless water heater had been installed a couple of years ago and some quick research online showed that performing normal maintenance was highly recommended for good operation of the unit.We shopped around and came across Calvin with Ethos. I had my water heater pilot gone off and called Ethos and talked to Calvin.He managed to come the same day and turned on the pilot which was a rather simple thing to do. However Calvin took the time to teach me how to do it myself, checked for any gas and carbon mono-oxide gas. Showed the valves and shutters also check the warranty of my tank.What it means is exceeding customers expectation and that what makes Calvin service outstanding.Thank you
