Went to purchase some items for a tournament. Paid on Visa. Didn't end up needing them, so I went back to return the items and they don't do returns! Only exchanges. Fine. Bought other stuff to replace and they rang it through and then voided it all so that I could get my refund. Weird. BUT THEN I got my visa bill from the original purchase and they charged me $20 more than the purchase?! And I don't have the original receipt because they kept it in the 'exchange'. I will not be giving them my business again.

The merchandise and prices are great. However, this location has terrible customer service. Every time I go, I have to wait in a line while there is multiple staff standing around. Last time I went they didn't have have bags.

Good location. huge parking option avilable in front of the store. i found that sometimes we can found stuff at economical pruce from dollar tree, which is not available at other store. sometimes they have more merchandise then dollarama. anyways, about this store i found customer service to be way better. especially guy on the counter, very polite.even in the past it wasn't bad.i might visit this store in future.

Even with physical distancing and my weak sense of smell, the body odor emanatingfrom the staff member with a beardwas cringe-inducing.It was inconsiderate of him and difficultto understand, particularly since it wasn't even during a hot summer day.Soap and water are still inexpensive,are they not?
