Receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. Appointments are overlap booked so be ready to be delayed and waiting. The reason they will give you is that “this is a doctors office,” although, I’ve been to this office for some time now and there were no delays previously.I wish I could give a separate rating for the doctor because Dr. B is absolutely fantastic to deal with. He’s definitely 5-star!

I had back pain for over 15yrs and I was referred to this clinic. For the first 3 sessions,I felt a little bit of relief,not much, until the fourth session @ the clinic, I went home and for the first 4 days I was waiting for pain to come back, it did not. It is worth every bit. And really nice staff.

I don't usually leave reviews, but Dr. Yuan has helped me over the last year to recover from pain so debilitating that i could hardly eat or work. I was at the point where i thought i would never be able to have a family of my own and was wondering how long i would even want to live long-term with such pain.I'm not sure about others experiences, but she never brushed me off or gave up on my complex pain. We tried treating many different areas (the pain kept reappearing elsewhere after one area was relaxed) until we finally located the root cause. Because the source area could only be temporarily fixed with trigger point injections, we switched to prolo therapy eventually, and fortunately my body responded well and I haven't needed frequent treatment since.I would recommend her to anyone who has muscular pain issues.

I have been seeing Dr. Dascalu for monthly trigger point injections. His treatments have been life changing. I used to have constant chronic pain and tension migraines, but the treatments have helped beyond belief. It’s not magically gone but I can say that the improvement has made daily life a lot more bearable. I completely felt hopeless before coming to this clinic and highly recommend visiting for help with chronic pain.

Unorganized services.The letter that was supposed to be sent to my family doctor so they could send to me and inform me of my appointment, was sent to the doctor only AFTER my appointment date! When I contacted Veronica who is the manager, she said the reason was that they were behind. Oh well...There was no examination table paper on the examination bed. This was the very first time in my life that I saw a medical doctor office without the examination table paper.Examination table paper is placed in a clinic's recycling bin and keeps the bed in sanitary state. So, not having one, was a negative point for their services.In general, I would say if you can find a better clinic, do so, unles you are in urgent need an appointment.

Very friendly and nice staff there, I've been visiting the clinic for several months now, they have tried different protocols to help me. Although we did not fix my problem yet, I really appreciate the efforts and the advice I've been given. They are really caring and I would suppose they help a lot of people, my boss was visiting them and his problem was fixed with trigger injections.

Just because a person has finished their academic education with a piece of paper, it does not mean they care and understand. A complete waste of patients time and lack of care to patients who are in suffering and horrific pain.Dr. Xiao Yuan specifically, but she is not the only one who is a person who will lead people to commit suicide. Refusing care to them and telling a person since they did not recover within 6 to 8 appointments she refuses to care or give an alternative. Life is not a structured program and where we exist for everyone to heal from pain with a set amount of appointments in life. She lacks insight and as most doctors" do today. People need to speak up for change for the better as she and other doctors dont care for you."

I have only been treated at the Victoria clinic but I wanted to review (there is no Victoria google page atm). My partner and I have been treated by Dr.Danoa and Dr.Sid for the past year and a half, our quality of life has significantly improved as a result of their amazing care. I have lived with chronic pain for several years now and I assumed that I had to learn to live with it. Though I’m not pain-free, the knowledge and genuine compassion from the staff at this clinic have given me a significant reduction in my symptoms and have nurtured a new connection to my body and understanding my pain. Though I am selfishly hoping no one else starts going to the clinic as it will mean less availability for me (joking), I do want others to know there is a pharmaceutical-free solution to pain management and these doctors (and the lovely Simi) are supremely compassionate and intuitive individuals who can change your life like they have changed mine. A huge amount of gratitude to all of you at Muscle MD!

pain can be a complicated issue to deal with. Since I started coming here over 2 years ago they have definitely changed my life. The injections can be painful especially in more sensitive areas and some areas really hurt when the needle goes in but right after the appoiment I do notice a big difference and the pain does go down enough to rest properly and be more comfortable without these injections my loge would be more difficult for sure. The staff at Muscle MD are super friendly and work very hard to make sure patients get their appointments and the Doctors really do understand pain and pain management well. Thank you Muscle MD!
