The owner keeps asking customer to purchase package and end up charging extra here and there. The worse experience ever!My car is not even clean after all....Don’t come and waste your money. Touchless car wash can deliver the same result....

This is the worst car wash place. False advertising and is a big rip off. Their billboard shows $16 for a car wash. This is NOT the price charged which you don’t find out until it’s time to pay. They charge $58 for a small 4 door car and the owner tries to up charge you a wax without your permission. Do not go to this place.

This place is a total rip off. I usually go to Pit Lane car washing which is around the corner from this place. It was lined up so I decided to give this place a try, which I highly regret.King's Auto Spa upsold me and charged me the rate for high end sedans, SUVs, or Mini Van's (Their 'D' package at $65). I drive a Sante Fe Sport which is a small SUV and not in the category they charged me for.Once going to pay, the total was $80 somehow. Not sure where the extra $15 came from as taxes on top of the $65 would not equate $15. After arguing over the upsale they did give me $10 back, making the total $70 for a clean. If the job they did was sufficient I would have been alright with spending $70, but they did such a rush job I would have rather just cleaned it myself. They also tried to upsale me further for removing a paint scuff on the side of the bumper for only an extra $110."I asked about the areas that were left looking dirty in the interior and the owner said that would cost extra because it's hard to clean. (See photos.)I will never be going back here. I would have had better results going through an automated car wash and using a change operated vacuume to do the job properly myself. After spending $70 here the interior of the vehicle still feels like it was barely cleaned. Brutal!"

Odd to see the 1 star reviews. These guys do a great job, are quick and always got lots of manpower. Everybody is super friendly. People complain that they try to upsell you and sell a package. This is business, and they are trying to make money. I see no issue in that. The subscription model is a good deal. And this is a car wash not a 4 hour detail for the picky people. I been coming for years with all my cars. G wagon, Porsche and Range Rover. I’m from Victoria and when in town I’ll get a quick wash!

Can make monthly card price for car wash ,have waiting room with WiFi and phone charging ,For car wash was walk-in (look like drive-through,and have to get down the car ehen they clean inside)Good and friendly !

The car wash was okay, but they try and upsell you every time. Without asking me they taped off a corner and did some waxing to try and sell me a service. I didn't give permission to tape off the corner and do something to my car, but now that section always shows rain marks and I've washed it so many times since then but they essentially ruined the hood of my car. I'm sure there are way better places out there

They charged 120$for my car. The interior of the car was still with dust and did not vacuum. They did not wipe the seats either. They charged for watching the mats but they mats were only wiped! Totally unacceptable and unpleasant service!

overcharged me to the next grade. paid 80+ for car wash+ carpet clean for a mini....the owner was trying to upsell me the whole time, and give me $5 in cash back after I pointed it out. excuse me? did I not pay tax and tips?

I have mixed feeling about this place. I went to get my car detailed yesterday and it cost me $348.5! The staff was really Nice and Friendly, but my car came out real Dirty. So I went back and they did reclean a few spots, that was very nice of them.But in the end my car is still Dirty...They didn't vacuum or clean under the seats, didn't wiped the drink holders on the door properly, still hair on the carpets.Coffee was spilled in my car and I was hoping they could clean it up for me. Only the cup holders were cleaned. Coffee stain on the door, the chair and other places was never touched.I'm not really happy about the fact they reuse their towel without properly washing them. Cuz now I got Coffee Stainsss all over the car where they didn't exist before, even my steering wheel are sticky now......I'm a little sad, $348 is a lot of money.They lady in the front desk was very friendly and polite. But the cleaning needs to improve.

Went to a car wash and paid $500 for a wax on your vehicle, but they ended up making scratches all over it. The car wash was also very bad and they didn't clean any interior parts or windows. I think they have no idea what they are doing and that they are a scam. I give them 0 stars.
