Very nice lady did a great job. was later in the day she fell behind in her cleaning due to employee situation that the company should've taken care off. She worked very hard and really appreciated her hard work and working overtime to accommodate me.

Been waiting an hour and a half now and they still have not shown up. Good luck trying to get in touch with her! Unprofessional and do not recommend.UPDATE: She showed up at my place SEVEN HOURS AFTER ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED! Said she couldn’t get a hold of us. She didn’t bother answering the question to avoid spam calls when trying to call my husband, and never bothered calling me back at all. She also could have emailed or texted, nope. Showed up seven hours late unannounced and not even an apology. Highly, highly not recommended.

The Tidy House team arrived on time, bringing their own equipment and cleaning products. After a brief discussion re priorities, they got right to work and did a very thorough job, going above and beyond my expectations. They cleaned all the baseboards and window sills, vacuumed and washed all hard surface floors, cleaned the bathroom, and the kitchen, leaving everything sparkling and smelling like Pine Sol Lavender. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and a huge help.Thank you so much. I will recommend you to friends and family.(PS I do not choose to include photos.)

All positives: On time. Cleaning crew was friendly, personable. I asked for the deep clean service and got a very thorough cleaning. My condo apt. looks fantastic and smells fresh. I am certain I will be using Tidy House again because my first experience exceeded my expectations.
