The staff at this location are super helpful and knowledgeable. I don't leave a lot of reviews but I was very impressed. It was insanely busy in that store and they still had excellent customer service.

The girl that helped me was very, very kind and knowledgeable when it came to the sizing of a specific product. I loved what I bought so much, I ordered more online. The staff at this location is very friendly. I really enjoy shopping here.

Super friendly and efficient! Went in to get a pair of my leggings repaired, the sales person was very helpful and I was probably in there for 3 minutes. Ready for pick-up in 5 days, and she was clear with all details of how they would contact me and how long they would hold them for. Favourite lulu location!

My husband and i we're there yesterday as we always go to Bayshore with our teen girls but after having horrible service on Sunday we decided to come to Westboro and i have to say the girls here are amazing and soooo helpful! I can't remember the girls name whomhelped me with a coat! Thank you! Jess at the back and the cashiers were a deligh as well! This is our new go to place!

Visited this location recently to exchange a pair of leggings and ended up picking up a gorgeous down coat. I was able to exchange it with no problems after discovering that the coat in store was blemished. A brand new one from online is being sent to my place and the were able to price match the sale price. Very satisfied— Katie and Maddy were awesome, their customer service is fantastic. They even helped me with my puppy while I shopped! It was a great experience throughout, see you again soon.

Staff is super friendly. Richmond is a nice walking street and so it’s easy to come in when you’re in the area. The clothing is great—love the yoga pants. I find this store a lot more organized than the one in Rideau. I do think Lulu material was better 2 decades ago… but, the prices match the quality and I will continue to shop here.

The staff here are so nice! I came here after having a bad experience with sizing at the Rideau location. Jodi helped me find the right size for me - a whole 2 size difference than what I thought I would be. She was so kind and patient throughout my entire experience in the store. The checkout experience was fast and super friendly too. Definitely going to come back!

I just had an absolutely phenomenal experience with returns and exchanges. I am so unbelievably impressed with Christines service. She was super helpful and made a usually painful process incredibly easy. Impressive is not a strong enough word for this brand, and the customer service I recieved today.
