Via the app, I accidentally ordered here (instead of a north-end TH), so I bussed down to pick up my order, and when I arrived over an hour later, not only was my order still there, but the staff offered to pour me a fresh hot coffee. Thank you!

Not the most spacious Tim’s and the parking lot outside of it can be quite awful, however that isn’t the Tim Hortons fault haha. Overall, a solid place, main complaint is space and can sometimes be quite full and loud.

Awesome service. cashier and food server like their work they were super happy. good food .. other then lobby needed to be cleaned it was a good visit. Would of gave a 5 star review if there were clean tables..

I am truly impressed by the care and effort from this team, especially from Edward and Rose! Was given prompt, friendly, and immaculate service. Food is consistently good and orders always accurate, especially since the staff confirms to ensure it’s correct. I appreciate the kind and positive energy, and to have good food on my breaks! Thanks guys, you rock!!!

Why can't you guys have more sweets without chocolate? You never have the peanut butter cookies... JUST CHOCOLATE!! Oh! and I love how the owner/manager response is exactly the same to everyone who gives a poor review... your review is concerning to us

all I ordered was a bacon egg on a muffin. When the lady brought it to me. I asked her if she was sure it was bacon. she said yes! I got home and it was ham. This has happened before, so I am not impressed.

Poor management, customer service, and extremely poor staff training. Watching people fumble trying to do their job while others just watch. Train your staff and re educate corporate and management on customer service. It’s really not that difficult to acknowledge a complaint or be compassionate. Karma goes a long way.

Nice people here but!!! After coming every morning between 5-6am for years! I get a dark roast coffee. Well I decided once the point system changed from buy 7 get a free coffee to buy 20 get one free overnight and a price change to boot, I was sick and tired of it and ready to boycott!!! The quality has gone down in the last 5 years anyway! You’d think with higher prices and way more points needed to get anything that the employees would get paid much more! A lousy cup of cofffee isn’t justifiable especially when through the entire roll up the rim I won once and I’m there daily!! It what makes the lousy cup of coffee lousy! I can no longer enjoy coffee from there, it all boils down to greed so the whole experience sucks I’m disappointed.
