Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Fast, efficient and clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend this location if considering a car/van rental.

I booked my minivan 1 month ago and first thing I didnt get a call confirmation of my rental. On the day of my rental I go to that place and they told me they have nothing for me to rent. I was very very mad and disappointed of the answer the manager give. First of all you should call a day before to tell us the problem and also to offer us something else, but I didn't get that. When I went to the rent place on the day the manager called another entreprise for a minivan and the lady In the other entreprise manger didnt want to bring the minivan at brossard. So we had to go to the longueuil one. I don't understand what do I get punished and had to travel different enterprises to pick up the rental minivan when the rental in brossard could have done it a day before of our rental. I would not have given even a star.

Booked the rental car online and did the paper work online so it would save time when I would go in person. Arrived there Monday morning to pick up the car in and out in less than 10 mins. Customer service was great, service was super fast. Our rental car was very economic on gas which is what we wanted considering the high gas prices. Everything was great! Highly recommend.

Can I give negative stars?They called me ~18 hours before my pick up time (booked online previously) and told me they can't give me the car. I told them that they should arrange car for me since I have a reservation and the guy just kept saying sorry.This is insane. If I have a car booked then make sure you have enough cars in spare. Enterprise has a huge network so they should be able to arrange cars too.Prior to this call, I tried calling them multiple times asking for the pick up service they offered. No one picked up.Stay away from this branch or even Enterprise - plenty of other options out there. EDIT: enterprise followed up with me (post below) and were of ZERO help. Why reach out and waste everyone's time?

Worst rental service I ever experience. I took my car to repair. And we call them to pick me up to their store to finish the paper work. I waited for an hour but actually it should be a 5 mins drive from their store to the Body Shop. Finally the person show up after an hour, didn’t apologize or not even tried to explain why he is late. When we arrive to the rental store, I asked if we can select another model or I pay to upgrade the car. He just reply “NO”. No explanation or option offer to me. Then we inspect the car which he gave me. The exterior are all scratches and interior smells like humility. And the dashboard shows the car should bring to maintenance. In conclusion, very bad service, very few model selection. Good luck if you want to deal with them

HORRENDOUS SERVICE! They make mistakes all the time. They charged me 1100$ on my credit card when it was their mistake. Went to the location to speak to a manager who assured me I had NOTHING to pay so they issued a reimbursement, 2 months later they call me back saying they were going to take me to a collection agency if I didn't pay. So we'll be seeing each other in small claims court if they don't rectify the situation. Avoid at all cost. This particular location gives enterprise a HORRIBLE name. JUST GO ELSE WHERE. I have voice-mails admitting they are at fault as well soooo...

I had a courtesy car by my insurance from enterprise. All employees in there are extremely kind and patient! Great service. They even show patience to annoying customers that complain all the time. Thanks!

My boyfriend rented a car from the Brossard location and when we showed up the rep was beyond unprofessional. We gave our confirmation number and were told there was no car. The bald guy probably thought we did not speak french so he proceeded to insult my boyfriend. So I decided to ask him in french if that’s really how he treats customers and his response was “everyone had a bad day”. Too bad doing your job without insulting people is too hard for you. I would avoid that place at all cost since they are disrespectful didn't try for a second to find a solution. I cant believe this is how they treat customers needless to say we canceled the reservation and left.

It's our first time to rent a car in a new country. We're not native speaker (Don't understand French and English is not good as well) but I and my family had a good rental car experience. Each of employees are very nice and give us very patient explanations. Although, the car(compact SUV) was not the same car(standard SUV) we wish to rent, but finally we got the refund of the price difference. Overall, I give 5 starts for this car rental company!
