These guys are great, friendly, knowledgeable and most important professional. I had them install a gas line to my detached garage complete with a natural gas heater. In and out in a day. Everything is straight and done to code. Very happy with the final product, they also answered every stupid question I could come up with. Don't hesitate to contact them.

Aaron Goebel is very friendly, Knowledgable, and professional. When we had that cold snap our furnace quit so we had another company come to look at our furnace, they spent seven hours here fooling around with the venting and other things until they finally sent another guy who just adjusted the manifold and it fixed the overheating issue and the furnace shutting down temporary, they then sent us a $800 bill!!!! And the only tools that came over with were a flashlight and some hand tools, nothing to actually diagnose a furnace properly.We had Aaron from signature plumbing and heating come over yesterday to see what the other company’s did. The other company messed up all the settings on the furnace and nothing was set properly, it was a huge headache, also the air coming out of the vents had 4 parts per million Carbon Monoxide. Aaron came over with a bunch of high tech equipment to diagnose the furnace settings and to detect any Carbon Monoxide leaks, and was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing or testing for. This is what Aaron told me about my furnace: We found that your furnace is emitting 4PPM (parts per million) of monoxide. This is why an “unsatisfactory condition report” was required- as per our discussion with the gas inspector for your area. It is considered a “low risk” threat for now, but must be addressed. Typically this results in a full furnace replacement. Sometimes people opt to replace the heat exchanger only, but in your case it is quite possible that in addition to a leak, that there is also an obstruction somewhere within your primary or secondary heat exchanger. This could be what was causing your furnace to overheat and shut down in the past. The solution for this problem, as performed by your previous contractor, was to turn down the manifold gas pressure to approximately 1.85”wc, which is now outside of the acceptable range of 3.2-3.8”wc. Also, we performed a “heat rise” test on your furnace, which verifies the relationship between fan speed, air temperature and ductwork. This test also failed. The allowable range is 45-75 degrees Fahrenheit, and your furnace is currently running at 41 degrees delta T.A week later we had Aaron from Signature Plumbing and Heating replace the furnace because of the old one leaking carbon monoxide. He and his team did a amazing job installing the new one, and went over and beyond with quality and craftsmanship. The furnace room now looks like it belongs in a million dollar show home. I highly recommend Signature Plumbing and Heating, if you use there services, you’ll know everything was done right the first time because they are so knowledgeable, they will be in and out faster than the other company’s.

Called Signature for a problem with my vanEE air exchanger. Aaron quickly pin point to a possible loose wire issue, and offered to walk me through some easy checks if I send over the model info, and also said he could come to the house if needed. Sure enough, I found and tightened a loose wire on one of the bathroom control, and that fixed the problem. A big THANK YOU to Aaron! Definitely five star here!

We had Signature Plumbing & Heating take care of a number of HVAC related items at our house and the entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely top tier. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work, especially as it relates to airflow and whole-house ventilation (i.e. HRV).From the beginning Aaron was super professional and helpful, he arrived exactly when he said he would for the quote and gave detailed information and proposed solutions that would work best for our situation rather than just going with my initial ideas. As luck would have it, the day after he came over for a quote the blower motor for our furnace started to go bad. I messaged him to ask if he'd be able to help, and even though it was a Saturday and basically impossible to get a hold of anyone else he managed to call in a favour with one of his contacts who doesn't normally work weekends (shout out to Allegiant Mechanical) and have him come over to fix it that afternoon.After we accepted the quote he gave us a time that he'd show up and he was extremely punctual, actually showing up 5 minutes early with a team of experienced professionals to take care of the job quickly and efficiently. Apprentices can be fine, but he assessed our situation (very cramped quarters for the work we wanted done) and determined that only the best would suffice and that is what we were treated to :) Throughout the work (which was done in less than a day) they were all highly professional, kept the workspace very clean and organized, and putting down ground sheets to ensure our living space wasn't affected.We had him add air returns to three of our rooms, an HRV for the whole house, a dedicated external exhaust for the basement bathroom (previously just exhausting into a drop ceiling), a whole house humidifier (for the dry winters), and replace the exhaust cover for the dryer vent. Not only does all of this work look very professional and like it was always there, but there has been a noticeable and measurable impact to the air quality in the house.We have air quality sensors in both our master bedroom and my office (I work from home full time) and you can see the impact that the HRV & air returns has made on the CO2 levels on the graphs. Previously with our door & window shut at night the CO2 levels in our bedroom would spike to over 6,000ppm (should normally be in the 400-1,000ppm range, anything over 1,500ppm you start noticing headaches & fatigue).Overall the entire experience has been excellent & well worth every penny! I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them for any HVAC needs in the future!

Aaron and Liam did a fantastic job installing my new tankless water heater. Time was sensitive as I had no hot water and they got it done the next day! Professional work at a fair price!
