Chem-Dry of the Twin Ports

To borrow from Lt. Joe Kendra well my my ". Liz and I planned several weeks ago to have our older furniture removed and the carpets cleaned. On Friday Chem-Dry of the Twin Ports kept their appointment and even called to ask if they could come earlier. WOW that was unexpected and very courteous. The service tech came in and looked the job over. I asked if he could estimate cleaning the tile floors we have and the upstairs carpet. "Yep no problem ". Then he got down to business. He explained the time period involved and the process. He assured Liz and I that our pets would be safe and that we should go over the carpet several hours later just in case there might be any residue. Chem-Dry of the Twin Ports was quick to respond to my request, and was able to fit me in on short notice. They also provided me with an electronic receipt when I needed it most! The work was fabulous, and they even dealt with climbing up a ladder to my apartment loft. I really appreciate all that they did to help me move out of my apartment and receive my full deposit! My tenant hired this company to clean the carpets 2 days ago. The place reeks and was left full of dog and cat hair. I should not have to spend my Sunday vacuuming what should be a clean home. Use procare. They are cheaper and actually care about their outcomes. AVOID this company at all costs.Here is a picture of a full canister of pet hair from the “clean” carpets.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We have lived in our house for 5 years all light color carpeting. I've cleaned the carpet myself multiple times but I wish I would have done this earlier. They got out stains from my dog (black lab) and makeup stains on the carpet in my daughters room. It looks like we just moved in again! Seriously-GREAT JOB!

Marc did a fabulous job on my living room carpet. I have berber carpet hides stains but he did a wonderful job. It's old carpet. Cat puke stains I tried to get clean, my air conditioning unit leaked this summer, coffee stain Marc Marc got the stains out. Especially when my carpet is older, one more year and new carpet but he made it look practically new. Just this morning. Good job I highly recommend this company.

I called and left a message during their off hours and was immediately called back Monday morning when they opened. I spoke with Steve let him know I wanted my truck done it ended up being a better option for me to come to their shop and have it done, his tech Mark did a job beyond my expectations I couldn’t have left happier. I will definitely recommend anyone use them.

James arrived at the appointed time and did a great job. The work was done in half the time I expected. The rugs were dry 2 hours later. I will hire again for all my carpet cleaning needs.

Everything went perfectly. My tech was very nice. He even tolerated my Boxer puppy! I was very happy with the three rooms they cleaned for us. Will use them again.

Marc was on time and very efficient. Did an excellent job on our carpets and I recommend him and Chem dry very highly. Almost no smell and dried very quickly.Thank you gentlemen.

Mark was a very nice guy. He did an excellent job removing wax and coffee stains, also vacuuming and removing garbage that found its way under my couch and ottoman. Was done promptly but not at the expense of a job well done. Will do business in the future again!
