Jamie was a consummate professional in every sense of the term. We had to replace the main drain line from the house to the septic and ran into numerous issues. Jamie came out for an emergency service call on the weekend and went above and beyond to help us diagnose and troubleshoot the problem. His skill and expertise helped our plumbers find access to a third septic lid we didn’t know existed (which was filled to the brim with sludge). He even helped guide the plumbing contractors as they tore up the concrete patio that was poured over the access to this septic tank lid. Jamie didn’t have to stay and help the crew, his job was just to come and pump out the tank. But the pride in his work and business is evident as well as his willingness to simply help a fellow man out. He stuck around until we made access to the tank lid and then got to work pumping the tank. Would strongly recommend Regional Septic Service for all your septic needs!! He saved our day and likely saved us a ton of future headache.

The septic tank cleaner did an excellent job,he was on time,did a great job and made sure it was finished thoroughly. He also made the experiance quite pleasant and was respectful and funny. They are also fairly priced and won't over charge for anything I would definitely recommend this service and their team! Great work!
