One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Alyssa took over an hour to awknowledge our presence with no apology or explanations. This employee took extremely long to complete simple tasks.

Nimit was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE associate I have ever had the pleasure to talk to! He walked me and my mom through the best plan for our needs and even stayed behind after close to finalize everything with us. He was so genuine and sweet and he deserves a raise! Literally best experience I have ever had changing carriers and feeling confident in my decision. Was so patient and walked us through everything while clarifying every question we had. Thank you!

I wish I could offer a lower rating, but unfortunately, Google doesn't seem to allow negative ratings - I came in for an upgrade on my phone - the process was painfully slow - not sure why it took about an hour and 15 minutes to complete an upgrade and paperwork - on top of that, the phone wasn't even in stock ... My phone was ordered and shipped from another store location on Tuesday - it's now Saturday, and I'm still without a new phone - I was told I have to wait until Monday - and the two confused / half-witted associates still weren't sure if it's even going to come in on Monday...I spoke to the manager" of the booth - he didn't apologize

Got here at 7 on a Saturday. An hour before their posted close time and it was shut down. The people at Loblaws td us that since they don't work for Loblaws they can just take off whenever they feel like it.what a joke of a business
