Took our bearded dragon in today for an exam, and honestly I should have come right away when we adopted him!I could have saved myself countless hours of research, the vet goes over absolutely everything about husbandry and beardie care at the appointment. Well worth the cost of the appointment.You leave with a great list of info about enclosures, feeding, care etc. and it's all far superior to the information you get at a pet store (don't take their advice lol).Such a great resource in our community!

Seaway Vet was able to quickly see my sick Guinea pig when my usual out of town vet couldn’t.They went very in depth with the exam to figure out a treatment plan and explained each step and answered any questions I had. Even afterwards they were prompt in responding to the emails I left them.The exam fee was a little more expensive than my usual vet but worth it because of all the attention to detail. They did everything at one appointment instead of me having to come back for another one.Unfortunately my Guinness didn’t make it and passed on but Seaway was super nice and sent me a nice card in the mail. I take comfort in knowing that because of the treatment plan (antibiotics and pain meds) I was able to keep her comfortable as she went peacefully.I will be switching my other piggies over to Seaway.

This placed refused to help My Dog with ring worm because my Dog wasn't a patient of theirs. To get ring worm medication from them they told me I would need to pay 114$ and then pay for the medication. The team of DRs here are Money hungry and clearly don't care about animals at all.

Took my guinea pigs there yesterday, and this vet clinic is by far the best one that I have visited! Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming, instantly eased my nerves regarding the health of my guinea pig. Dr. McCaffrey was wonderful and is very knowledgeable, and treated my piggies with great care along with the vet tech that was helping. I am absolutely bringing my boys back there again!

Very happy with the care we received at Seaway Veterinary Clinic. Brought my Red Bellied Parrot in for a wellness check. The whole staff was friendly and caring, and the doctor asked lots of questions about diet, activity and home environment that would really help identify any dangers or risk factors for bird health. Felt listened to and respected and I look forward to bringing my other pet here as well. Highly recommend!

Wow. What a caring and compassionate Dr.. He so obviously loves animals and loves his job. Goes above and beyond to help elderly animals. No hard sell on food, tests or anything else. Great experiences here.

We had our first visit yesterday with our two dogs and will be taking our parrot soon. Great staff, nice environment. Everybody took time to get to know our pets needs and there was zero upsell to buy vet food or vaccinations that we didn’t want! Highly recommend especially if you have exotic animals.

Having just moved back to the area, we were in need of a vet. We decided to try out Seaway Vet Clinic. They are amazing! So kind and friendly. Our dogs are on raw food. You kind of expect a lecture from a vet when you say that. No lecture at all from Dr. McCaffery! They were very busy when we arrived to pick up our female dog after her spay. They still took the time to answer ALL of our questions. I am so excited to have this clinic in Brockville. I look forward to working with them for many years to come.
