Dr. Gerald Rudick

Amazing service! Amazing doctor! I had a dental emergency early in the morning while the vast majority of dental clinics are closed and, after a brief call and waiting for a few minutes, he showed up and fixed me up pretty quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend him.

I love how his old rating was in the 3-star range and all of a sudden his reviews reset and he only has 5-star ratings. Worst dentist I've ever been to. If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. I absolutely would not recommend this dentist.

I am someone who used to actively fear going to the dentist. It was a combination of things that lead me to discovering Dr. Rudick. Mainly me asking Google for a dentist who worked on weekends, given how I had a tooth that was in horrible shape at the time. This was about 5 years ago as of the writing of this review.One of the classic complaints people have about dentists is they lecture you. Brush more, floss more, come in more for checkups & cleaning. No one likes that. At one point he was lecturing me about my plaque, a typical problem. He showed me some new ways to brush, and we'll see what happens he said. He then realized two weeks later when I came in for that follow up that I developed plaque faster than others naturally, and that it wasn't my fault. How many other dentists would come to that conclusion, and react accordingly by stopping to lecture a patient to try and treat something they couldn't?Besides excellent emergency care, what I found was a dentist who went out of his way to help calm me down, alleviate my fears, and who treated me like a human being. Before he went ahead and did any procedure (big or small) on me he explained to me, and why it was necessary. Like all good health care practitioners he listened to my health problems and sought to treat them, or prove they were in another part of my anatomy. Before I close this up, I want to note his staff is quiet comfortable in English, something that is hard to find in Quebec these days.

Disclaimer: I would give 0 stars if I could, for what you're about to read may upset you.I went to Gerald Rudick dentist last year around October to November (my procedure needed a couple of visits), it wasn't recommended by anyone, my travelers insurance indicated that I go there to check my gum pain.This was the first time I went to the dentist in a really long time (around 7-8 years, which means I was a kid the last time I went to the dentist and I didn't know how it all worked) and also I was new in the city, my boyfriend was working that day and he is in charge of me.When I was in the chair they checked my gums and my teeth, they said there was nothing with the gums, but a particular tooth needed a root canal, they didn't know what was the total damage but they said it was bad. The dentist wanted to start right away because it was necessary"

I had to go in on a Sunday morning during a snow storm because of horrible tooth pain, not only did he see me within 20 minutes and give me the antibiotics to help heal it before I need to go for a root canal, he also followed up with me the next day to see if I was feeling better, he is a fantastic Dentist I highly recommend

Dr. Rudick is by far the most qualified dentist that has worked on me. All the work I got done with him healed perfectly and with no complications. All I have to say is that he knows perfectly well what he's doing and I would put my oral health under his care anytime. He's just the best.
