Do not get fooled!!!! Any positive review is for previous owners. Current owners from mid 2021 ARE THIEVES AND CONS.Lady owner is a thief because she knowingly leaves machines to take money when defective and does not put up any signage, like previous owners did.Current lady owner, I think called Sandra, is a con artist and a thief.BEWARE OF THIS LAUNDROMAT WITH CURRENT CON ARTIST OWNERS!!!!! She is a liar and a con artist.After 20 years of doing business at this location, the new owner ruined it by being dishonest, a con artist, a thief, and a liar.She even claimed she was personally trained by the coin change company and she is the technician for them. Yet, she knowingly left it giving out short change. This is a dishonest lady. A con artist. A thief.Completely unwelcome in the community that the previous owners worked so hard to help. Shame on you new owners.Stealing and lying to customers will hopefully leave you bankrupt soon and decent honest owners can take over.Your dishonesty and disgusting way of dealing with people is not welcome in this community. This place is now mostly empty as it should be. Thieves!!!!Of course, I expect a fictitious rebuttal from this thief of a con artist owner.

I had a horrible experience at this laundry today, first of all I have to say that this place is a dangerous place, the lady which is very old and crazy put me in trouble because of coming back abit late to take my clothes out of the machine. She start yelling at me for no reason and since I was ignoring her she start taking video of me, she literally was out of her mind. Definitely I won’t go back there since she called police and somehow found my number which is strange, they banned me to go there ( good for them :) ). I don’t recommend to anyone to do they’re laundry at this place. Btw I forgot to say that most of the machines are out of service and it’s dirty all the time.

The attendant there are helpful, but one of the dryer did not work so lost 1$. Half the machine are broken/under maintenance.

This laundromat is dirty and the machines were filthy I used my own Lysol sheets to clean them which turned black from all the dirtDryers do not dry clothing properly or fully no matter how much money you put in them. They seem to be programmed that way. I brought this to Sandra's attention and she agreed that the dryer was indeed cold and all she did was offer me 50 cents which I refused since that is rude I paid much more than that and trust me when I say only 3 pairs of pants were in that dryer and they were ice cold and the other dryer had only 4 pillow cases and 2 small throws which were cold as well. Waste of time and money.

Very dirty environment, half of the machines and driers not working. They should at least put signs on the machine if it's out of order. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!.

My very first visit to any coin laundry service and I’m very impressed with the facility. Very clean & well maintained place indeed. They have variety of options to chose from depending on your laundry requirements. If you don’t have enough change, they have machine inside the place to convert them. Also, detergents can be purchased via vending machine too located inside the store. They also have a hand wash corner and a wash room.

I lost 5.oo on machine 21 because it stopped halfway. There was nobody I could complain to. I called the owner and left a msg. did this 3 different days. No response. Then I lost 2.5o because dryer was spinning but there was no heat. Also nobody there that day. I called. Nobody answer nor called back . Then when I met the old lady who showed up one time. She explained she cant give me my money unless the owner authorized it and asked me to call. I told her I did but nobody respond. She cant do anything. She is very nice and she maintains cleanliness of the facilities. Unfortunately she is not there all the time.

I liked it because it was useful on Apr 8, 2023 at about 9:00 to 10:00pm so it was really fun

Went to wash 2 down jackets and a down duvet. Although on “delicate” setting for my duvet, the washer used extremely hot water (obviously a problem with machine and I notified the owner). Large machine cost me $7 and the medium was $6. My items did not spin dry well and were pretty damp; I had to spend more than I expected to dry everything ($21 total). At other laundromats, it used to cost me about $7 total to dry 2 duvets. Washroom is there but unavailable without key unless an attendant is there (nobody there during my visit from 1:45-7:45pm). I gave 2 stars because the owner was responsive to calls and seemed genuinely concerned, wifi available, which was nice, and sink there for hand washing, which was also nice.

Lots of machines, good lighting and clean. Prices are okay and never crowded. The dryers could use some refreshed instructions though.
