It says location opens at 9 am but all the doors to pacific mall are closed till 11. Waste of time

Came to this location inside pacific mall to ship a fedex return package, the process was very easy. just needed to drop it off and was told the carrier would come pick it up the next day. The guy working there was very kind and answered all my questions. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place as it was the closest and most convenient location to me

Took only 1 minute to get out it shipping. The guy behind the counter was very polite and so we were done so quickly. If you go through the west entrance it is the quickest place to get their unit which is E-7 at Pacific Mall

Was there by noon as the paper on door says they are open on Sunday. Closed. Wasted my time. And no, I was there since 11 am. No one opened the door to go to washroom.
