Very quick response and service. I had two driving licenses translated and mistakenly sent an old version of one of them - Sam immediately translated the new one without even arguing about the fee. Only took one day from asking for the quote until I got the draft and then it arrived home in 5 days. I had a quote from another provider that was double the price for the same job, so I definitely recommend QLPD - a highly professional work for an honest price.

Incredible price and service. Sam personally delivered the documents to my house (incredible) and they were so friendly and their response time was fantastic. I don’t think I’ve seen customer service this amazing. I will continue to use their services in the future and will of course recommend them 100%.

We requested QLPD's services multiple times between 2022 and 2023, for immigration purposes and sometimes on a tight schedule. We didn't even have to mention urgency since they are very quick and thorough. It's definitely worth working with them, the cost of service is very competitive comparing to other providers and the value delivered is what you would expect - a thorough translation and kind service with real people on the other side. Recommend!

Bad service. Threatening tone. Charged extra money for services they didn’t provide. Bullying and telling customers off. Not at all recommended and will never use them again. Sad that we depend on these companies to help. They treat customers as if they’re stupid
