I've only ever had good experience with the customer service here. They have a great selection of products. The only thing I don't like are the hours. Since I live downtown, it can be a bit of a rush to get here before they close at 6 p.m.

Great pet store for the North. They have fish and sometimes hamsters and budgies. Good selection of treats, food, toys and other pet supplies. I've had nothing but good interactions with staff. Not my go to, but nice to have the variety.
