Upon my arrival I was greeted kindly into a fairly calm setting. The assistants and doctor were very personable and even explained everything prior to treatment. 8 was so pleased with the service, and also been advised there was a more concerning tooth to be attended too. I might not look forward to seeing a dentist, but this local has made me feel that much more at ease about going in the first place. Top notch!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Newcastle Dental. I'm not going to lie, the dentist makes me nervous and I'm sure this is the norm for most people. The staff at Newcastle Dental were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly which definitely eased my nerves. The clinic is spotless and very welcoming, the technology they use is quite impressive and more importantly the staff are amazing. They explain everything that is going to happen and are great at easing nerves. I found my new dental office and I highly recommend Newcastle Dental to anyone who is looking for a new Dentist.

Recently moved to Newcastle and was looking for a dentist. After googling and reading other reviews decided to reach out to Newcastle Dental to book my cleaning, and I'm extremely happy I did! Zoey has been amazing and the entire team here are super nice! Very happy with their service and I highly recommend!

Very friendly service! Glad to be a new patient at Newcastle Dental. They were able to fit me in for an appointment with short notice and were quick to respond to emails. Met with Becky for cleaning and had a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel welcome! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Jhun is amazing! I was so anxious about going to my appointment due to previous experiences with other dentists. She put me at ease right away, everyone is so nice and very understanding. This is by far the best dentist i have ever been in. He really takes care of my teeth and understands my financial issues. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He really prioritize. His customers. He’s very caring.

I had my first appointment as a new client of the practice. The staff were very friendly, competent and communicative throughout my appointment. I felt very comfortable there as a new patient. I would recommend others who are seeking out dental services to go for a visit.

I've lived in Newcastle for a while, and something that I've always found surprising about our little village is how many dental places we have, so how to choose? Look no further. Newcastle Dental is a cut above the rest. The entire interior is spotless, including the waiting area which inspires confidence and comfort that hygiene is not an afterthought, but top of mind. It's also well-designed, and with modern conveniences like free wifi, tablets, and a tv to keep you occupied while you wait, IF you need to wait. They run a tight ship here, but some people like to show up very early just in case (these people are reasonable and have their lives together. I am and do not.) and you won't be wanting for entertainment if you do.What has NOT been waylaid for convenience is bedside manner. I've been coming here for years and every hygienist I've had has been extremely warm, pleasant, and attentive. Shoutout in particular to Mariah who beat up my plaque during the cleaning session like it owed her money. She was extremely meticulous, observant thorough, and gave me tailored advice for maintenance because I had not visited in a while, and was an all-around lovely lady as well supremely capable. You could do your makeup with my teeth as mirrors when she was through, and nothing hurt ever.I had many concerns and questions because there's a lot I wanted to and want to get done and the dentist answered my questions thoughtfully, clearly, and laid out a plan of action in a way that was concise and easily understood, as well as gave me actionable advice and invited my inquiries. She wanted me to be clear and informed, and did not rush me at all, it was very satisfying and empowering and I know what I need, what I don't, and what comes next. All in all, this is a little long but that's because Newcastle Dental absolutely warrants the time and care it takes to write how amazing they are. I love going there.Crazy, I know, but you should too. You won't regret it.
