I go to Relax to see Andrew, he's incredible at what he does. He's personable, professional, and does a great job. The massage room is always exceptionally clean, fresh sheets and soothing aromas. Booking an appointment is always super easy, the reminders of appointments are consistent and great. I'm a Veteran and go through Blue Cross, and Relax has always taken care of any billing and handled all that's required in a quick, effecient way. Some days, I can hardly move because of the pain. Andrew has helped give me a lot of my life back. Can't say enough good things about him, and this company.

Usually get a massage during my stays in Ottawa. Maddy Cote is an exceptional massage therapist out of the new Westin location. Welcoming and an absolute professional. Spent four hours just using the included health club access. It was very relaxing. Highly recommend. Andrew King is great as well but was booked up during this visit.

My experience in relax. Ottawa was with Marcus a couple of months ago for the first time ever and it turned out to be an ongoing routine for me every month. He is the most professional, experienced, and knowledgeable person I have ever seen in my life. I had chronic hip pain but he could help me get rid of that devil pain and I am so happy now. I am the most pickiest person but my experience there has always been amazing, feeling comfortable, relaxed, and pain-free. He is very kind and caring. I would definitely recommend him.

I’m pleased with the professionalism and knowledge Marcus Kelly has to offer. He performs an initial assessment to determine the best treatment for your situation and tailors it to your expectations. He’s friendly and easy to get along with which goes a long way since I’m somewhat new to massage therapy. In no ways have I ever felt uncomfortable. I’ve recently just started exercising and this has been a big help to alleviate the soreness. If anything a one hour therapy session goes too quickly. I’ve kept going back and will continue to do so. I highly recommend his expertise and friendly attitude.

I have been to several locations and they are all good, i have tried several RMT’s. I highly recommend coming here for any massage, however Lillian is the best. The massage she does is absolutely phenomenal and I LOVE the ashiatsu technique. I cannot stress enough how great she is, it comes across clearly that she’s passionate about the work she does.I went today after quite a period in between and I feel fantastic. Lillian is very thorough and does the whole body, and also pinpoints places for you when you discuss where your pain is located with extra attention. Thanks!

Poor experience. The massage started a few minutes late but ended at the previously scheduled time. The masseuse’s stomach was making weird sounds all the time which made it harder for me to relax and enjoy my session. The pressure wasn’t accommodated to my liking even though I asked for it at the beginning of the session.
