This is in response to the poor-fair review. The previous owner did attempt to rectify the problem with the RV complaint, however was not given the chance to correct. Fortunately, we are now under new management. The previous owner does still work in the shop as a Journeyman Mechanic from time to time but is now under the management of his daughter, Christina Atkins. Christina takes a personal approach to each and every repair and respects everyone's situation. She will work as hard as possible to ensure that the issue is corrected and you are happy with the repair. She sincerely believes that everyone deserves a fair mechanic and is disappointed with the generalization that her trade has received. Christina treats me extremely fairly, and is completely honest (almost too honest it seems like some times). Myself, and several of my colleagues have had her service our vehicles multiple times and have had excellent service.

I recently had a major tune-up done to my truck by Stirling automotive and I couldn't be happier! Christina was clear and upfront about costs, there was some additional work that the truck required once she started working on it (1996 Ford with 277,xxx kms, not a surprise) and I was kept up to speed on what that was, why it was needed, and the costs associated with it. I got the truck back and was more than happy with her work. I also got some great info on what repairs I'll need in the future, but weren't necessary now. Thanks Christina!

Christina is the most honest, efficient, affordable, highly experienced mechanic I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I won't bring my vehicles anywhere else! Don't treat her like a lesser person because she's a woman, she knows more about vehicles than a hec of a lot of men out there. 5 stars handsdown.

Most amazing mechanic i’ve ever been to. the girls at the front were so accommodating and attentive, constantly checking in on me while i waited for my car. the guys in the back kept coming out to chat with me and give me updates on time and any issues that needed to be fixed. 110% recommend!! they also have two super sweet pups running around, they were just the cutest bonus and made waiting go by so quick! thank you guys so much!

Hands down this is the best place in town to take your vehicle! I trust Christina with any repair or service required for all of our vehicles. A great relationship based business that works out of honesty, reliability, friendly old fashioned service. I'd recommend to anyone looking for quality work done at reasonable rates! 5 stars!

As a woman, I find many auto shop people, almost always, talk down to me. They treat me like I have no clue about cars. I do have a little knowledge.But not these guys!I am thoroughly impressed with how they explained to me what I needed to know and explained it to me, like I am a normal person.The fees are not exorbitant, and they were very knowledgeable and did the repairs in a timely manner.They made me feel confident about the service I am receiving.I will be recommending these guys to anyone, asking for auto repair shop suggestions.Thank you for the great service!!!
