Aptco Appliance

So far not impressed. Asked a simple question about an hourly rate. $95 to show up but you get 10 min of work included in that. (walking to the door???) Then was told its $8 dollars every five minutes so $96 an hour after. Not hard to tell that they are being deceptive on the initial conversation. I'M out!

I have used Aptco twice now and both times the customer service has been great. From the phone call to book, to the technicians who showed up. They know what they’re doing! Recently, Andy was my technician. Even though my appliance gave him challenges, he stuck with it until the job was done right! Thanks, Andy and Aptco!! Definitely recommend these guys!

We had an issue with our maytag washer and Andy one of the technicians was excellent. He was professional and was honest about the outcome of every repair. He did what it took to repair our appliance. I do highly appreciate his effort and his determination to get our washer to work. Now it's working like a charm! Thanks Andy and aptco for your service!.

Terrible company. We have been waiting over a month for a new dishwasher in our unit.The first time they came out, we were still unpacking, so we had some stuff blocking the door. They were told when we would be home, but the tech showed up when only my partner's 11 year old was home,who obviously was not able to move the boxes.However, our back door was free, but he couldn't be arsed to check, he just left and refused to answer our calls (myself, my partner, AND our friend called him).They called me Thursday and said they would be by Monday because they'd taken a look and apparently it needed to be replaced because repairing it would be too expensive.I had Monday off and waited all day for him, with no call and no show (calling the company once to be told oh he should be there any minute!") And when I called again the office was closed.My partner called them today and they had the audacity to lie and say they called with no answer; I have proof on my phone of no missed calls - only the 2 outgoing calls I made to the company.This company will ghost you

Very disappointed with the service. They took almost 2 months because they order the wrong parts twice and even after that they said need to order the right parts which is unacceptable when they already took 2 months. I cancelled the service and guess what they charged for the service when there was no service, no fix, and no date commitment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND APTCO APPLIANCE AT ALL. Please think twice before dial the number. Thank you!

Our 15 year old fridge died and although they couldn’t send anyone to check it until the following day, the problem was quickly diagnosed, they provided an estimate and completed the repair by noon on Friday. Technician was very professional and friendly; and called in advance of both visits to ensure someone was home. Repair was completed within the estimated time and for lower than the estimated cost.

Update: IT GETS WORSE.Now that we take a full day off work for the “tech” to confirm the parts I said were needed were correct, being at the property for less than 10 minutes, we make our second appointment for repairs. After taking a second day off work, we are called and told “this is a two man job, we don’t have two people to do it today, we have to rebook”. I have now lost more money on a warranty repair, than I would have spent on a new washing machine, mostly due to the poor scheduling and planning of aptco. And by voicing this, I’m told I am “extremely verbally abusive” please, do not support this company. Techs may be friendly, but the management is beyond unacceptable.Upon receiving a booking for a drum replacement on our 2 month old Maytag washer, due to manufacturing defect, aptco was assigned the repair. Given a window of 8-4, I was required to take a full day off work for the tech to “find what parts were needed for repair” to REPLACE THE DRUM. The pictures included are pretty dead forward of the parts needed. After this, we need to schedule ANOTHER full day off to get the repair completed. Due to the incompetence of this repair company, I will be out $900 of wages, for repair on a $1300 machine within the first 2 months of ownership. Never will I call aptco for personal repairs, and never again will I buy Maytag. Simple repair with known parts requires a full day of missed work to see what can be told with a simple phone call.

Disclaimer - haven't purchased anything from this place but have been very aggressively cut off multiple times and almost hit in traffic by an APTCO Appliance truck while driving. If you're going to drive like an irresponsible maniac, better not have your company logo on your van while you're doing it.

I called to have a leak in my washing machine repaired and it was booked in a couple of days. The repair man was great! He was able to repair it the same day and gave me some very useful tips on maintain the cleanliness of my washing machine. The service was prompt, professional and reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I had my oven serviced today by Dan. I was extremely happy with the service and care that was taken. I highly recommend this company
