I bought my engagement ring for my fiancée at this location. In-store sales experience was okay - I was probably in the store longer than I wanted to but I found the ring I wanted so I'm happy with that.After proposal, we went back to the store because we needed to drop off the ring to get resized and I was assisted by the service rep named Jennifer. Very bad customer interaction here, Jennifer looked at me and my fiancée up and down and provided very unfriendly/unwelcomed service.We went back to the store again when it was ready to pick up, and unfortunately we were assisted by Jennifer again. I had to go through very unpleasant customer service experience again for the ring pick up.After this, I went to the tiffany store at yorkdale mall to get the engagement ring cleaned and purchase necklace and earrings - both service and sales were very friendly, kind and top notch.Even though I live in yorkville, I'm never going back to this location. I don't know if it's just the service team/department but would avoid at all times.

Beautiful Tiffany & Co location.We walked in dressed very low-key and we’re still treated like we could afford to be there.Their diamond experts were very knowledgeable and allowed us to try on whatever we wanted.Costumer service was lovely and cleaned our wedding jewelry quickly and beautifully. We can’t wait to go back :)

It has been a whopping two months since I walked into this store to inquire about the price of a ring, and they promised to get back to me in a week! They have shown absolutely no regard for me as a customer.I wouldn't even give them a single star if it was possible.Save yourself the frustration and disappointment - take your business elsewhere.

I recently had a bad experience at this Tiffany location, and I was disappointed by the lack of care and attention that I received. I brought in a necklace with a broken chain for repair, and the repair associate who helped me was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I was there. She did not ask for my purchase receipt when filling out the repair form, and slapped a $120 fee for a necklace that I had received as a gift less than six months ago.In the past, I had been told that purchases within one year are covered by a one-year manufacturing warranty, so I was surprised and frustrated by the fee. When I picked up my necklace after the repair, I mentioned this. A different associate waived the fee, but then tried to gaslight me saying, “For future references, the warranty only applied to repairs” which left me feeling confused because didn’t I just wait two weeks for my necklace to be repaired..?Overall, my experience at this Tiffany location was not what I expected or hoped for. I usually have a great experience purchasing jewelry from this location, but I guess you get treated differently when you’re not spending thousands of dollars. The lack of customer service and attention was disappointing. I hope that Tiffany's can improve its customer service to ensure that all customers feel valued and appreciated, regardless of the reason for their visit.

Full disclosure: I have never had anything short of an amazing experience at a Tiffany & Co., but the Bloor location holds a very special place in my heart and is my go-to. No matter what brings you in, staff are welcoming, helpful and always go above and beyond to make your experience an incredible one.

Received the worst customer service from the moment I entered the store. I wish I had gotten the female staff member’s name but I can’t even recall if she even told us what her name was.She immediately approached us as we entered the store and as we headed upstairs I indicated that I had wanted to upsell the item I received for Christmas.Immediately she indicated she was unable to help without a receipt. She didn’t want the information of the individual who had purchased at the store, she did not want to pull up my profile or even to assist in any way - she immediately said she was unable to help.I have received 9 items from Tiffany & Co - all from the Sherway location - so I went there. Immediately I was greeted and a short time later was helped. It was so easy, convenient and this location never makes me feel like I am unable to afford their products - like the Bloor St location. They were able to find the information and I was able to purchase a beautiful necklace that I have always wanted.I have read over numerous reviews for this location and it seems that any individual that is a visible minority have had bad experiences.DO BETTER - IN THIS DAY AND AGE THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!Hoping their management takes a look at these reviews!
