I should have put this review in June when I got my Ps5. The two guys that were working there on that day, answered all my questions, helped me with my buying decisions for the game, and more. The best GameStop by far, and excellent customer service

Lots of good merchandise, plenty of new titles in stock as well as you would expect. They occasionally have PS5s, but sell them as part of a bundle. Phone ahead.

Really friendly and helpful staff and manager. Highly recommend them as it's my go to place for video games, marvel legends, star wars black series and pokemon cards.

I usually pre-order my games from them but can't always make it in for a launch event because I work like many others do however we all pre order to make sure we can be included in the launch festivities. Saying this I pre ordered the new Zelda tears of the kingdom and went in to pick up my saved copy and was given the excuse that Nintendo didn't send enough pre order bonus when they take preorders to get the numbers for these to be sent in, either they gave extra to their friends or kept for themselves because it sounds like an excuse because I wouldn't take more orders than I could honestly fill that's dishonest, what's the point to pre order if you aren't getting the promised benefits, it's like I walked in random and grabbed one off the shelf like anyone else the preorder I made was a scam

Called to enquire about stock on a product and was told there were a “few” in stock. When I asked how many a few is he responded with “I’m not discussing numbers”. Immediately hung up and called Gaming Kingdom down the road and was wonderfully helped so I just went there instead. Easy choice.

Visited on 8/20/22. Staff was friendly and helpful upon purchase. Taylor was great at cash and made conversation during transaction. Found a rare trade in at this location. Great experience.

My favourite Gamestop store. Staff is always friendly and helpful, selection is plentiful, and they always take good care of you if there's ever an issue. Shoutout to Will, the store manager, and his awesome team!

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, no complaints about the location, I did wish that pricing was better however, especially for much older titles
