I’ve seen Dr Feltis twice now and I can say that he and the staff are simply amazing. They make you feel welcomed and they take great care of you. Dr Geltis took the time to listen to my concerns and worked on a plan with me. Would highly recommend YXE Vision Group to anyone looking for an optometrist.

Dr. Sherin completed a thorough history as it was my first time being there. He was really knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The ladies at the front were great as well. Chelsea was my personal shopper and did an awesome job assisting me with trying on a million pairs of glasses and helped to pick out a pair that I love.

The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but the whole appointment was basically just a sales pitch from the doctor. I have a very mild prescription and don’t wear my glasses, so I wasn’t going to bother getting a new pair of glasses. The doctor repeatedly kept suggesting that I should use my insurance coverage to get prescription sunglasses. He brought it up over and over, just sounded like a salesman wanting my insurance money. I was so annoyed that I had them print me my prescription, and if I decide to get prescription sunglasses I will buy them somewhere else.

The office is always nice and the staff very friendly.Edit: Just booked an annual appointment through an online portal. As a classic gen z with anxiety having to talk to people on phones, I appreciate it.

The doctor is nice and friendly, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I've been going to pinehouse eyecare ever since I was a kid and my other family members have always gone there as well, we've always loved all the staff and felt we were well taken care of at each visit.

We are always so happy to come to Pinehouse and to see Dr Feltis. The service is excellent and we feel like we are in great hands. Dr Feltis is great with easing the kids’ anxieties very quickly and the front staff is as well. I highly recommend this clinic!
