I came few weeks ago. I wanted to buy some mattress covers. I wasn’t sure about the size and Sarah was extremely professional and helpful and provided with exactly what I need. I am very pleased with her service and I will definitely come again!

Upon entry, Anita greeted me instantly. She asked how she could help me, I let her know what I was looking for and she provided me with a lot of information regarding the unit I was interested in. Shortly after, Sarah stepped in to give me a tour of the facility as well as the potential unit I would be renting. Both Anita and Sarah were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my first time experience at Access Storage which was very appreciated. I am happy to recommend Access Storage to anyone who would be looking to rent a unit for either personal or commercial purposes.

Its a nice and clean building, easy to access and all the facilities are new. I met the manager and she was very helpful and experienced. First experience with storage facilities and I am happy to say Access storage facility on ninth line mississauga/ Oakville was a pleasant and professional experience. Even though a little pricey the ladies there were happy to help at all times pleasant and professional and helped put my mind at ease with some of my moving and storage blunders. Thank you Sarah! Also Anitah and phoenix . Great team at this location!!!

Amazing facility. State of the art loading area that can even accomodate 53' trailers. The loading docks are also great asset if you are using storage for your business. Building is super clean and bright. Staff is amazing too. Justin is super helpful and professional. Highly recommend!!

Watch out for the rate increases! Do not expect any loyalty or appreciation for long term clients. You will be initially satisfied will your monthly payment but once you have moved all your stuff in; they will slowly and consistently increase your rate knowing very well that most people will not waste the time moving again vs paying the new rate.

Fenix and team were amazing to work with. The were very friendly and accommodating. They walked me through the contract and rules. The schedule fit my needs and the prices were what I anticipated for a 10x15 unit. Awesome!
