Quick service. It took less than three minutes to drop off and less than 1 minute to pick up. The staff were very kind and flexible about pickup and dropoff times.

Never even heard of Bounce before but it’s a great concept. It was super easy to use. Staff was professional and friendly. I will definitely use Bounce again. I recommend this particular location too.

I'm gonna be super honest and straight forward. This idea and thing of dropping of my luggage seemed super sketchy. HOWEVER it wasn't. Was super cheap and quite convenient as our AirBNB wasn't ready till 4pm and we got to Vancouver at 10am so this made it super easy to explore the city and come back a few the time for check in. Guy who helped me out was super nice and made the entire thing super duper easy. Best of all my luggage was all in one piece! Great service !

Our 4 large suitcases were stored in the backroom of a cafe. The check in and check out were easy but too easy. There was no receipt but we did show them the booking code when dropping and picking up the luggages. Would recommend this service when you need to store your luggages when in Vancouver.

What a great service! The Twin Island Market was easily accessible, the employee had all our reservation information handy and we quickly stored our bags then enjoyed the rest of the day downtown. I would definitely use the Bounce service and this location again.
