Alumarail did our home guardrail 14 years ago, was beautiful. This year 2 post caps was blown off by the storm. I called Sabrina, she gave me 5 caps for free to replace the old ones. Thank you Sabrina. Best service. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. One Alumarail rep came out to measure for install weeks passed, follow up calls went unreturned. Finally a new Alumarail came and measured, promised two-three week turnaround and again never returned calls. Have no idea why. Called to speak to mgt/owner and still no phone call back. Unprofessional and unreliable. No customer deserves such treatment

There was no pressure to rush our decision which was appreciated as we wanted to make the right choice. The install service was professionally done. We are 100% happy with this company, and would highly recommend it to others.

Hired them for stairs railing. Nice finished product with good customer service. Paula from their admin team is pleasant to deal with for scheduling the install. It is but expensive compared to other quotes i had and took over a month to get installation done but it was already communicated to me so i knew what i was getting into. Definitely recommend them for railings.

This is top notch aluminum railing manufacturer.. we use these rails for 95 percent of our projects... Edward the production manager does a a superior job working huge amounts of orders through on a timely basis.. and Sabrina who believe is the project coordinater treats each order with true diligence and knows her stuff. Each project is cut to accurate size and packaged together.. these railings are engineered to meet OBC. And are extremely simple to install.
