A beautiful experience spending 20 minutes in the room , you are in a different worldWe are a visitor from Vancouver and got some bonus time, there's a coffee machine, we enjoyed coffee ☕️ too while waiting.Will be back again.

This was the most amazing experience. I wanted to have a relaxing time with kids. Teach them self care. Everyone went above and beyond. My kids will always remember this. Thank you for everything it was so needed. Massages with your kids is an amazing experience and relaxing knowing your kids are relaxing too.

10 stars for sure !Lovely, relaxing, clean spaWe were looking for massages on a Sunday in Vernon but unfortunately could not find a place to accommodate - I saw a Facebook friend (Courtney) post about Pillar when they first opened during covid and thought it was such a cool idea, so we decided to email and they were very accommodating with a facial, foot and cafe massage, and a 90 minute couples massage in the salt cave - amazing experience. Lisa & Nicole are wonderful, Highly recommend

From the moment you walk in the front doors you are calm and relaxed but the spa scent and environment, we enjoyed a couples massage today and it was amazing I couldn’t believe how magical salt cave is! We will be back again

I think I'll have to issue a disclaimer that this is an arm's length review. My wife tried it out so this review is being written based on her experience.What an amazing place. Absolutely awesome. Staff were great, the ambiance is credible and the services they offer are absolutely top notch. The salt cave is really cool.If you're thinking about buying somebody a package here as a gift, do it. If you're thinking about booking yourself a session here, do it.

Had a couples massage in the salt cave for mine and my partner's anniversary. What an amazing experience! I would highly recommend checking this place out. The salt cave is really interesting. Staff were so wonderful to us, and the massage was unreal. I've never felt more relaxed.
