Fast reliabe and good work. I went just before closing and the owner was more than happy to help me. He was nice and courteous. Got my picture clicked for passports and fot both physical and electronic copy. Good service. Will come again.

IF YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO HANDLE YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS -- DO SO! This business is terrible! The shopkeeper is SO RUDE and unhelpful. He seems to genuinely enjoy not helping customers. He is rude to me every time I come in. I came in to send a package that I had paid up to 2.5 kgs for. He refused to take it. I took it to the Canada Post at the Shoppers up the street, and they took it no problem! They told me that he had no right not to take my package. He gives me a hard time every time I come in. Avoid this place if you can and go to the Shoppers up the street.

Charged me over $50 for two sets of passport pictures that were rejected at the office for bad quality. Definitely not recommended

realistically, this has got to be the worst place i’ve ever had to do business at. the guy who mainly works there, is constantly rude (which makes absolutely no sense, since his main “job” is to help people with their mail). he always has an attitude. period.i’ve also had to argue with him that my package is at his location, waiting for me to pick it up, but he insists his computer says it’s not there(which yes, my package actually was there after making him physically check).for the love of god, if you have a choice, don’t come here. i don’t have a choice unfortunately, since all my packages come here.

I use this location frequently to have packages sent to as it's close by my office, and also to drop off packages for shipping. Service is always good, and they always have the shipping supplies I need, namely the flat rate boxes.

For a one man operation it is quite good! Most of the times I received quick service, sometimes one has to wait due to the Post Office stuff, people lining up for their parcel or drop off. If you just want to buy lottery tickets and if there is a long line up for the Postal items then yes you have to wait to get service. I've been here several times over the past years and this is how I feel 4/5 stars.

Terrible customer service. Not a welcoming atmosphere. I went to get a key cut. The man working at the desk throw the key at me and gave me such dirty looks. He almost seemed annoyed he had to help me. He also gave himself a 9 out of 10 on the customer service survey before I even got a chance. My key I got cut does not fit my door and now no one is answering the phone. 100% would not recommend going here for any business.
