We had Chuck and (never did get the other guy's name) out to relocate our A/C unit. Chuck provided the quote and stuck to it. They showed up on time and the job took exactly the amount of time that he had estimated. They got right down to work and did the task perfectly and professionally.This is the second time we have used Vive. The previous time was a furnace replacement. We needed our gas fireplace cleaned and checked. Gareth Rose was very professional, knew what was needed to be done. He returned quickly as there was a noise coming from the fireplace fan after he left. He checked everything and reassured me that everything was in order. Overall extremely pleased with Gareth.

Could not be more pleased. Your technician, Gareth was courteous, friendly and knew his stuff. He followed all Covid 19 protocols, worked fast and cleaned up quickly. Would highly recommend this company and especially Gareth to anyone with AC troubles.

I had someone come out to give a quote on an Central Air unit. I called to follow up, they said they are still working on it. I still haven't heard back. Since then we had another company give a quote and install a unit.If you are fine waiting for no response give them a call

This is scam, be careful when you use their repair service. This is the second time we used them and it will be the last time. they have come to replace the small motor in the furnace. total time was under 2 hours but it showed 4 hours on the bill. the part is cost 600$ which I could buy it for under 100$ on amazon.

Our A/C broke, I have a severe medical condition and can not be without A/C. A call was put to Brad and he responded within the hour. He came to our home and fixed the issue promptly. I can not thank this company enough for giving us peace of mind during the heat. I would 100% recommend this company and will be using him for any future issues. He was very personable and professional.

Had these guys do our natural gas line install for bbq and firepit. They were able to come a day early, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done smoothly and timely. The guys that came out were great and friendly, and cleaned up after the work was done. No complaints.

While I was waiting for another company to return my calls and emails I decided to take the advice of a review I read on Google about Vive Brant and call them. I'm so happy I did. I received a response right away and had an appointment set up in no time. In one visit Dave knew what the issue was and was able to fix it in a timely manner and at a fair price. I will be using them for all of my A/C needs from now on. Thank you!
