Barnes Harley-Davidson South Edmonton

Yesterday was a great day, spent most of it a Barnes, Harley, Davidson, in Edmonton. Miss some pretty cool people, got some cool new ride gear. Left extremely happy with my experience with buying my 2023 road glide special. Just like I was recommended to go there. I will recommend people to go as well. My salesman, Joey, great guy and he was straight with me about everything. I hope somebody enjoyed my trade in, I’ll miss it, but I’ll make new memories on my new bike. Wish everybody a Barnes Harley Davidson a good day keep riding.

What can I say? They treat you like family the second you walk in. Matt was amazing and listened to what I was looking for as a trade in and got me on my new bike the same day!!! I was shocked and extremely grateful that he remember my call from a few days before inquiring about the bike, when he found out he had his hands on one he got ahold of me instantly. Thank you!!!

Absolutely fantastic dealership. Matt Stevens was a pleasure to deal with and made sure I was getting the bike I wanted, quick and easy test ride, honest from the start and quick to get back to me. The sales manager, Will, went above and beyond to get my bike to me and Matt with financing got me the best deal. First time in my life I have left a dealership feeling good about the buying process! Savanah behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. All around, it was an experience to remember and Barnes has secured a lifetime customer. Thanks guys and girls!

I was unsure on what I was looking for or what I even wanted when I first started looking for a motorcycle. I shopped around at different places and even private sales.I decided to stop in to Barns Harley Davidson, meet with a sales representative. This guy was so informative and chill. He went through everything in detail with me. Thought me the ins and outs. I left that day with more of a sure feeling what I should be looking for. No pressure to buy what so ever. A few weeks went by and I made it my mind, went back and spoke to Jeremy Borschneck again. He was flat out at the time. Still managed to take time to walk me through a few bikes. Even bikes that were poked away.Long story short. I am the proud owner of a Low Rider S now and I could not be happier. Weeks go by and he still calls and text me checking In. Can’t say enough about the guy!Great sales team, friendly staff and overall a great experience. I will definitely recommend this place and specifically Jeremy to all my friends looking to either gain knowledge or purchase a Harley.Thanks Jeremy.

Service department is garbage. Would not look into the codes my bike was throwing, instead opting to test ride it for around a half hour they told me. Then wrongly diagnosing a non-issue. Then re-booking my bike in well over two weeks after the part showed up, and it still didn’t fix the issue. Battery was also dead upon pickup. I live 2 hours out of town, so this isn’t easy for me. Had to get a local guy to properly diagnose and fix, still not reimbursed as it was warranty work. Attempt to get ahold of service today to talk about a recall. On hold for 15 minutes, no one picked up. I have also asked them to wash my bike in the past when I have had them install different things, I think they just dumped a bucket of water on it and called it good. Terrible wash job for Harley Davidson bikes.I will say the parts guys are wonderful and great to deal with and very knowledgeable and I enjoy dealing with them.I came into this WANTING to continue to bring my bike here, they have actively upon several occasions not mentioned in this review made me not want to bring it here ever again. FIX YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
