I highly recommend Nickerson Appliances for any/all appliance needs because their customer service was fantastic. We purchased fridge, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer as part of a home renovation project. From sales, to delivery, to install the team was awesome. A day or two after the delivery, we experienced a highly unusual manufacturers defect with the fridge. Nickerson’s immediate response and customer service was outstanding, and a replacement was delivered within 24 hours. Thank you to the entire team for all your help.

My wife and I had a great experience with Nickerson Appliances helping us with our new washer and dryer! We had been struggling with finding affordable units that would fit a smaller space (without sacrificing product quality). Tabitha was able to help us make a great selection and was so flexible with the delivery date while we were undergoing renovations.On the day of the delivery, Alex and Andrew arrived right on time and were incredibly professional and friendly. They were able to deliver our appliances into our home without damaging the units or our house. They made sure that the units were correctly installed and tested before departing.We would definitely highly recommend utilizing Nickerson Appliances, as they are very different from the big box stores, and can actually deliver on their promises! They take a proactive approach at working with their clients and can source quality appliances that work even better than some of the more common brands.

I had a fabulous experience right from the sales person to the delivery and installation people. My washer and dryer is on the second floor in a small area and everything was done professionally with no damage at all to my home. I definitely recommend Nickersons and will buy any future appliances I need.

Hands down Nickerson’s has the best customer service and vast selection of appliances for your home. I went there today to replace my front loading washing machine. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Made the purchase and 2 hours later it was delivered and installed as they had an opening in delivery schedule. The delivery staff were friendly and knowledgeable too. The whole experience was great. You just can’t beat that for customer service. Nickerson's will always be my first choice for home appliances.

Idc how busy you are, when I call your store I shouldn't have to listen to 3 minutes of automated messaging telling me how your store handles covid then sit on hold for another 11 minutes (15 mins total) before I hung up!??
