I have known and worked with Doug Sutherland for better part of 30 years, he is very knowledgeable of both aerospace and its relationship with international standards (ISO/AS) etc. He is very thorough, organized and personable. Will continue to utilize his services.

NeXsys has been instrumental in our AS9100D QMS system in addition to our Transport Canada Approval by performing annual audits in addition to evaluating our QMS to the ever changing requirements. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reactive company that goes beyond the standard audit.

Horrible experience. He was always demanding money prior to hitting milestones. His excuse? We didn’t hit the milestones on the dates he initially suggested we would. We told him from the beginning that we thought his timetable was aggressive but he insisted it could be met. He was obviously desperately underfunded and this, I believe, drove the craziness and abuse. We got rid of NexSys and hired an in-house QA manager. Craziness subsided.

This is a one-man company pretending to have several staff members and employees. They take the money, provide 1/5 of the service they promise on the official purchase order, and then run away. Once they realize they made enough money out of a project, and continueing the project is not worth it for them, they just simply start accusing and insulting clients in order to scape from their commitments.Not satisfied with their services at all, and I do not recommend them to anyone.
