Titanium Towing

I called these guys with an urgent towing request, he sounded pleasant - said someone will be there in 30 mins, took my cc and advised me someone will call me back in a couple minutes. Within 15 mins no one had called me and I called him back - first time he hung up on me, I called back again and he was super rude and someone was already on his way and told me to calm down. When I hadn’t heard from anyone in one hour, I called him back to cancel and he told me that he was going to charge my cc. I am confident that all the positive reviews on here are fake. I have full documentation of my experience and call logs if anyone wants to verify. Do not use them.

Very speedy service. Went the extra mile for me. Solved my vehicle problem without having to tow it. Very grateful for their service in a time of need. Thank you guys. Only thing negative I found was I asked for a quote on the phone but never got it. The boost was all but was $150.00 I gave the driver a tip as he was very courteous but still don't understand why I didn't get a quote first. Other company's charge only $50.00 for a boost but all in all I was on my way. Still many thanks

Worst service ever. I don't recommend this company at all. I've been waiting for more than 3 hours in the middle of the road for their service and everytime I call they say they would be here in 15 minutes. I told the person I have kids in the car and HE DIDN'T CARE!!!!! He just said if I cancel, they will charge my credit card anyways. They don't even deserve one star. All the good reviews are probably from the owner and his family. They are all FAKE!!!!! Worst company ever....worst company ever....worst company!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible, Terrible company. Most of the positive reviews MUST be bought, I called them after seeing the good reviews. First thing they asked for was my credit card number saying if I use another tow truck they’d charge me a service fee of $89.95 but I was so frustrated with my situation I just said ok and gave it. They tell me wait for the tow truck driver to call you, sure, got an estimated arrival time of 45 mins. Driver calls me after 30 mins asking me where I am even though I clearly explained to the first guy, sure I explain it to him in detail again thinking the first person just didn’t tell the driver. For the next hour and a half, the ‘driver’ calls me multiple times telling me he’s 5 mins away then 2 mins away a couple more times all the while re confirming my location, I was on the highway btw... not very hard to find, he was obviously stalling. After about two hours, the first guy calls me saying he needs to confirm my card number and when I ask him where the driver is, he says that’s something I have to figure out with the driver. Thankfully he took down my card number wrong so they couldn’t charge me. I just called another company after and they were actually honest and didn’t instantly ask for my card number. I’m a very patient person but this company pushed my limits.Avoid this company at all costs if you want to save yourself the frustration and hassle.

Extremely bad service. It just happened to me tonight . My car was broken down and call this company for service.. First of all they asked my credit card information and told me they will send a tow truck soon. I was waiting for 30 . No one showed up or call me back. Then I called them again in other 30" . They let me wait ouside over an hour and a half with the bitter cold weather -30 degree. Until I called them back . They said the truck could not come. It is ridiculous. How can you let the people wait for your service over hours under this extreme weather. Finally they said no service coming and hang up on me. I wish one day you get this kind of stupid service and see what you feel. I don't know why they get good review. Now I realize that I should not trust the good review in the Internet. It is just a scam. Everyone should watch out for this company."

Called and gave exact details of time, distance, car model, everything and was still not able to give me an estimate, just that it was up to the technician when he got there." They end up charging us $150 for a 4km tow that took 20 minutes. And the guy had a laminated chart in his truck of what they are supposed to charge people for whatever distance they drove

I had a flat punctured tire when I was ready to go home from work. It was very cold and I had no idea how to change a tire. One of my colleagues suggested I call a towing service. I searched on google and titanium came up as one of the results. I chose to call them because of their 4+ rating. They sounded professional on the phone but asked for my credit card details which I shared because of my situation. I was charged right away. Details of the car and address were taken and I was told the technician would reach in 40 minutes. The guys did reach within an hour. He was courteous and quickly replaced the flat tire with the spare tire. They came to my aid during a difficult emergency situation and delivered on their promise and hence I give them a 5 star rating.

Great experience all around. The dispatcher was friendly and efficient in taking down my details and the driver arrived quickly, as I was advised he would. He was also professional and understanding, and reconfirmed the location I wanted my car towed to before taking it away. The price and service I got was better than I expected from any tow company. Would definitely use again.

Great service! Arrived under 30 min, the driver was extremely kind and professional! He even put me on the way back at home rather catching a taxi. Will use their service again for sure if will be needed!

Great tow company. I called them at 2 am and they had a driver out to me in 25 minutes. the agent I spoke to on the phone was very kind and understanding. they gave me a great price and towed me home. the driver was very respectful and professional.
