I read the reviews after ordering lol and I got scared but the food showed up on time, was hot and hit the spot! It’s what I wanted from late night food. Hopefully they can fix whatever issues they were having because the food was good! Also impressed with the extra time they took to package my order.

All frozen food which is expected, but everything is so unfresh. Sanitation is just so suspicious. Skip the place, the prices are definitely not worth it. It’s not even that cheap, it’s not even worth the quality.Workers were nice though.

Honestly the food is cheap and not that bad IF you dine in. Portions are a bit small sometimes when you take out and never order delivery. Keep in mind that they mostly microwave food (especially fried meats), which means you’ll occasionally get food that is steaming hot on the outside, but freezing cold on the inside. Other than that, not a very bad Asian restaurant.

AVOID. Dim Sim Kingston's food was absolutely horrible - the worst, how this place is operational is beyond belief. The food quality is extremely low, if not very questionable. Avoid by all means.

I order here sometimes because they’re the only place around that has congee, but everything else tastes horrible. Some of the sweet buns are fine, but almost everything else I’ve ordered are bitter and bland, even stinks sometimes. The upside is that their portions are big. But sadly, ordered chicken wings tonight and had to throw it away.

Ordered to where I was staying for convenience. Food itself was poorly made the squid was over cooked and too salty. The chicken feet wasn’t as bad and the congee was amazing. But overall the food was bland and didn’t carry much flavour. A little disappointed compared to what I’ve had at other Dim Sum places.

Terrible cold, stale, and low quality food. Noodles were over cooked to hell and super bland. Not an ounce of sauce, so I couldn’t even finish half of it it. All the brisket chunks were 50% raw fat and barely had a taste. The lemon “sauce” was way too sweet and was obviously still defrosting from the freezer. It was basically a cold lemon jello. The breaded chicken looked and tasted like a large hunk of tofu wrapped in a wet greasy towel. Oh, also, it took them an hour to make it. Not surprised considering how soggy and cold it was. Never ordering here ever again. Why was it $20 a person?! I WANT A REFUND!

I love dim sum. I miss the selection in Scarborough. This absolutely fills the cravings though. I'm missing a few other dumpling/pot sticker type options but that's about it.
