Mr. Lube + Tires

Navdeep and Ali did a great job with our van! We had an oil leak and they fixed under 5 minutes. Great attitude to boot. Definitely made a return customer.

Do not take your vehicle to this place. My mom took her 2012 Honda Civic a week ago for an oil change and to change out her winter tires. A few days ago, she got an A1 light on her dash. She took it back o. Friday June 2. The mechanics did something to her vehicle and it wouldn’t start. They had oil and Greece all over their clothing and sat in my moms car, that now has to be cleaned. I understand that they work with oil and Greece and it’s impossible to not get any on you. But they got oil and Greece all over the driver and front passenger seat, the steering wheel and even managed a generous coating on my moms keys. The mechanics accused her of leaving the car running for too long which killed the battery. FYI the battery in my moms car is less than a year old. It took several minutes of anger and frustration with these mechanics before another mechanic came out and fixed whatever the 2 mechanics did to my moms car. Avoid this place at all cost. They don’t know what they’re doing and your vehicle will need to be detailed once they’re finished with it.

Went in for an oil change at the Waterloo store today.This was my first at Mr.Lube.They upsold me an engine air filter and a cabinet air filter for 4 times the cost.Rookie with the car parts, so never realized until I googled the price later.They charged me 99$ plus for cabinet air filter and 50$ for engine air filter plus HST (which is just 30$ outside, not even)I wish I saw the reviews before going to the storeREALLY DISAPPOINTED with this and I feel like a fool expecting an honest service from them.

They do oil changes quickly and for a good price. They tried to upsell me on a few things of which I declined. I did need an air filter, but their cost was almost three times as much as buying one from Canadian Tire and installing myself, which I did. They could get some more business if their prices on the upsells were more reasonable.

OK seriously in 2023. If you’re still going to this establishment you’re playing yourself everyone knows by now that all Mr. lube does is try to lubricate their own wallets and upsell you with unnecessary upgrades. I prefer ANY other establishment to them. No thanks. Also think how bad my service must have been for me to leave this review… yeah exactly !!!!

My first experience with Mr. Lube was very memorable. I had a flat tire and was trying to figure out if I was going to put the spare on or call the service I had paid for when I purchased my vehicle when the manager from Mr. Lube saw me sitting there and came out and asked me if I wanted them to change the tire. Of course I said yes, and after they were done I thanked them and asked them how much I owed them and they said, it's on the house. I couldn't actually believe it. Nobody does that anymore. Once again I would like to thank Mr. Lube for there kindness and expertise in changing my tire for me.Sincerely,Rob Racine

This team gets better everytime I'm in. I live in Kitchener and will drive out of my way to this location! Some new staff members are making a nice difference especially the new Manager, Shane. You always feel welcome and appreciated as a customer at this location. See ya again.
