Wonderful and friendly staff at Ashley in Windsor, Ontario. High quality furniture. We bought kitchen counter swivel chairs. The salesman Hassan, was very knowledgeable and could even tell us how they were made. I highly recommend coming to this store.

Sales Associate Haya was excellent! She greeted us as soon as we walked in, and told us about the sales going on! She allowed us time to browse on our own but was always nearby if we had any questions. We purchased a table that was already well priced, but we were given a discount on top of that, as well as free shipping! We were also given a complimentary furniture care kit. This is the best furniture shopping experience I have had in the entire city of Windsor, ever! We will be going back for all our furniture needs!

Absolute disaster of a store. Ordered items in store in April, through the manager, that were supposed to be delivered beginning of May. It's now June, and no delivery in sight. Manager's response: our system is down". Really? System down for over a month? That's completely unacceptable. Just shut your business. Never will shop here again. Just want my money back.UPDATE** finally had the items shipped to store June 9th because they weren't able to arrange delivery to home. ASHLEY asked me to contact them over email... They NEVER answered. Open the items

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Ashley. We purchased a bed and the sales person was very friendly. Ever since, it has been an awful experience. First, our item came damaged. So delivery was rescheduled. We told them MULTIPLE times the time frame on that day that did not work, they proceeded to ignore us and put our delivery in that time frame. So the only option was to cancel altogether and now we have to wait I’m sure ANOTHER week to have our bed frame delivered and we are sleeping on our mattress on the floor. Absolutely ridiculous! They offered absolutely nothing in return for our item coming damaged in the first place, either. Very unfortunate.

Had the most wonderful experience with Moe in Windsor today, so helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else after my first/only experience in this store. Other companies seem toxic and volatile/cut throat when it comes to employees and sales. This place was amazing with no pressure at all.

Good price for perfect product. What you are waiting for. I am extremely happy for the sectional sofa we are buying. Soft comfort and smooth touch. Happy

I called, they delivered. They kept me at my price point and helped me through the process over the phone. This was by far the easiest furniture shopping I've ever done. I haven't taken delivery yet but if it's anything like the service, it's solid.

We are absolutely not satisfied with their service and products. We bought a sectional sofa, dining table, two beds. The first time they delivered the sofa and dining table, and one box. You cannot image all of them have faults. The sectional sofa was broken, and the leaves of dinning table cannot close and even fit. There are two parts broken for the queen box which we even haven't open the package. When the customer service called us, they said that they can only repair the sectional. If we didn't accept this, they will close the case. I even bought the 5 year-warranty for the sectional sofa. I paid for the new product not the final sale. How can I accept the broken sofa when it just arrived in my home. Besides this, the delivery schedule was a trash which was supposed on last Wednesday as we discussed with the sales girl. We bought all the staff almost one month in advance to make sure they were in stock and be delivered just after we move in. No notice issued. Delivery was scheduled on yesterday, Saturday. I sent a text message to the sales girl, no response. When I went to the store after we found the problems on the table. The sales girl told me she didn't know who changed the delivery date and she didn't have time to reply to me. Perfect.If you got all the products not fault, you are so lucky. You should buy a lottery.

I am very satisfied with my purchases and the delivery service. The deliverers were professional, courteous, polite and efficient. They did a great job. I will definitely purchase other items in the future.
