Mr. Lube + Tires

Recommended my sister in law get their winter wheels changed and an oil change .... 478$ later after the manager stated that the lug nuts are swollen. 189$ plus tax for 20. All of them were replaced. The manager came out to inform me that they would have been replaced eventually. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER AGAIN!

Drove up without an appointment and hardly waited a minute to get my camper in for an oil change. They were able to put new windshield wipers on as well. Professional and helpful attendant and overall exceptional customer service.I will be back !!

Absolutely blown away by the service here. Called around to a ton of shops to work on mounting tires to a expensive set of rims. The majority of shops wouldn't help as they were not confident in there ability to perform the work without damage. MR Lube on kenmount road was quick to assure me that they could do it and with no damage. Andre Is the best hands down. If there is a issue he will make it right. Clearly well versed in the business and I would trust this shop over any shop around the st.johns area. The. I was in a time crunch as well and I was able to get same day service and definitely will be bringing any issue I have to this shop. 5/5 10/10 truly appreciate the professional that is lacking at vast amount of shops locally.-Gregory Wall

Went on Saturday afternoon for an oil change. Also ended up getting the transmission done. There was a mess-up with the queue and it was extremely busy.

Didn’t had to book appointment. Fast service but it’s a bit expensive than the regular garages

Best walk-in tire and lube service in town. Friendly staff. Competitive rates. Waiting time is around 2 to 3 hours in tire changing season.

After 2 hours of waiting I had leave, especially after watching several people be helped that showed up after I did, horrible customer service.Absolutely useless company

Showed up today for an oil change at Mr Lube" and all 3 bays were doing tire changes
