Lived here for 2 years and work Midnight's and they have only been open 24 hour like advertised a handful of times. Also there are 6 ppl running around making sure drive thru is moving while ppl wait for someone to take counter orders. I take the bus and stop for a fast coffee and have had to wait up to 5 mins just for a small coffee. Need to train staff better and assign more ppl to counter and also if not going to be open 24 hour like it says on there google then they need to fix the google ad

As soon as one walks into this Tim Hortons location, they'll immediately notice that it feels quite familiar, almost like any other typical Tim Hortons. But upon closer inspection, there are some notable differences that set it apart from other locations. One such difference is that this particular space is less crowded, which can be a welcome change of pace for those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere to enjoy their coffee and donuts. The shorter queue or line to order is also a nice sight, particularly for those in a hurry or with limited time to spare.That said, the cleanliness of the location does seem to be lacking, and this can be a point of concern for some customers. Observed sometimes that inconsistency is there in quality of double double n triple triple may be there is no control on how much quantity of sugar and cream flows to cups while brewing. hope the management look into this issues.

I made an online order and was pleased with the speed and service. I would have liked to see better marking for the Mobile pickup, they had multiple areas marked mobile but apparently only one was for online and the other (that said mobile) was for skip and Uber. Coffee was great and staff were helpful.

Went to get some donuts & coffee, but was not happy cuz they had no Chilli again, I also asked if they could clean the right side of the store cuz all the tables were dirty, had garbage on them & no where clean where I could sit so, I had to sit in a booth. The supervisor said l try to get around to it, but 20 minutes later still no clean table, but she could talk to the students from the cou ter. Really unacceptable especially when I'm trying to have a drink & eat some donuts. Not happy at all.

Order was wrong. I had to stand in line with only 2 people in front of me , and I waited 20 minutes while 1/2 the staff stood and talked to each other. One girl Faith Biggs was her name when done her orders at the window came over to help

This is one of the worst locations. My coffee is never right and always taste burnt. the staff lacks training. These poor kids and staff are being thrown into shifts they can't handle. When ordering food they always mess up it's either not what I ordered, something is missing, it's made wrong, or they forget my food all together. The wait times in drive thru are rediculous. Normally you have 60 secs at an order window to get the order out. Bigger orders should be put inside the store. I have waited up to 15 mins just for a coffee because people are ordering dinner for 6 in the drive thru. I know corporate has standards and I know this is not okay. The staff laughs when they make mistakes like it's cute. I worked for a corporate store personally for 2 years and their standards are very high. I think corporate would benefit from taking a visit to all Brantford locations and taking a serious look into the owners or operators of all of them but especially this one.
