First-time customer here. The appointment was set up by 3rd party, and we had no info. Met with front desk personnel who was friendly and prompt. Gave me an estimate for the time of the job. Received a phone call later in the day, full explanation of work done and what we could expect. Price was acceptable, and when picking up, staff were happy to further explain the issues detected .

Dealt with this company over the years for a number of alternator repairs. Same day service. One failed component on one rebuild but they repaired it quickly. They know what they are doing and quality work. A real savings compared to buying a whole new alternator.

I am in the midst of rebuilding a VW aircooled Engine that came in the 1965 beetle I purchased from a native Winnipeg resident. The engine came with a generator that was last rebuilt by this company. The car has sat in a Manitoba field since 2001. Needless to say I have gotten to the point that the generator needed to be tested to see if it was going to need a replacement or rebuild and this rebuild is solid and totally serviceable without doing a thing! Great to see that this establishment is still cranking out obvious quality product.

Couldn't recommend them more! Super fast, efficient with great communication and prices. I had a faulty window motor and they were able to assess the problem and fix it within a day. It is first come first serve so no appointments.

Phoned looking for alternator brushes. Online was $20+ plus shipping, days wait etc.They answered the phone in less than three rings, the person who answered didn't put me on hold, didn't transfer the call, simply took the details, verified the parts were in stock, wrote up a bill and left them for pickup at the front counter. I didn't even ask the price. Who cares, this if phenomenal.I was there in under 20 minutes, in and out, part in hand and well under HALF the price of the online.I can't imagine how it could have gone any better.

They were awesome. My Dad's powered wheelchair ramp stopped working and the company that did the conversion was no help at all. I was pretty sure it was an electrical issue- Ace found it and fixed it in a jiffy. They found a burned out circuit board and replaced it. Way more than we expected and far more cheaply too- far less than the 50k to buy a new van and convert it . Thanks guys my Dad was overjoyed at having his mobility back. 5 star work!!

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time & money we this company. I brought in my vehicle because it was not starting. I told them to do a complete check and described the problems. They replaced the starter and charged over $430. The said the battery was good. It wasn't and I had to get it replaced elsewhere. They put a new end on the block heater cord but didn't hook it up properly. Nightmare.
