There was an old, deteriorated house in the family which had to be sold. The situation was made more difficult by one family member's extreme emotional attachment to the childhood home (the reason it wasn't sold years ago!). Sameer from Bridgedale Home Buyers handled the situation with great skill and care. He explained the process carefully to this family member, offered a fair deal, and answered many questions. My husband and I joked together that he was part philosopher, part psychologist, part businessman. We would highly recommend Sameer and Bridgedale Home Buyers for any unique or unusual circumstances like those we faced.
