Honestly, Lee and Jeff were exceptional!! They were punctual, explained all the steps of the installation of my new tank-less water heater and boiler, took every step to protect my house from damage and then walked me through my new system!! I have already asked them to come back and work on my garage in floor heating system. I highly recommend the professionals Lee & Jeff at High Point!!! THX for the awesome work!! Cheers! G

I can’t recommend High Point Mechanical Inc enough and couldn’t ask for a more professional team! Lee and Jeff came out to fix some major problems with our boiler and hot water systems that were installed by another company. Not only did they fix everything that was needed, which basically included a full overhaul with new piping, pumps, valves, and electrical, they even went so far as to check and install new thermostats throughout the house. They were punctual, polite, tidy, and all around offered outstanding service. It was refreshing to have tradesmen take pride in their work and have quality work that reflected that.

This company is awesome. When our boiler in the family cabin kicked the bucket, a friend of mine recommended High Point Mechanical. Lee was professional, responsive and most importantly fast. After initially speaking with him he understood the urgency of the situation and sent me a quote for the boiler I requested within a few hours. The job was scheduled and completed in less than 6 days from contacting Lee. I was very impressed as the cabin was a few hours away from the city and there was no mess left behind. I will definitely use this company again.

Highpoint was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't have been luckier. Not only did they beat 3 other companies in pricing, but they were also the quickest to come and install a heater in our garage.They were punctual, professional, and exuded their knowledge/expertise while they diligently worked away on upgrading the HVAC in our garage. 10 / 10 I would recommend these guys to anyone looking at installing a heater in their garage.

Jeff and Lee installed a Rinnai combi boiler to provide hot water and in floor heating for us.From the get go it was obvious they do this all the time and their quality of work reflects that. Extremely neat and organized piping and the system looks and works great. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. They even rolled out drop cloths to protect the floors in and out of the mechanical room. Professional, trustworthy, experienced, responsive- highly recommend.
