Recently went to see Paulo Nutini in T.O.And I must say, these Guys are very organized and made it much more affordable than Ticketmaster. What a wonderful experience!

AdmitOne is great place to find events, and I used it to find tickets for Arlo Parks and it was a great time. I also used their Original side to host my own event and it was pretty easy to use. I guess you'll be able to have paid events eventually which will be pretty cool to use once its released. With the Zucc and Facebook being super sketchy it's always good to know that there are free alternatives out there to use for events.

Disgusting customer service! Scammers!I recently purchased tickets for an event, but unfortunately in the days leading up, several people in my bubble tested positive for COVID. Upon taking a test, I also tested positive. I contacted Admit One ahead of the scheduled event and explained the situation, requesting a refund since we could not attend and needed to quarantine. The response I got was that they would not refund me (how can we attend if we are contagious) and to try to re-sell the tickets myself.Absurd suggestion, to put this burden on the customer. No help at all!Do not use this service, they stole $300 and will not refund me!

Their customer service was excellent and they replied very quickly to help with my issue.

Don't trust this ticket selling company they are actively scamming people. They constantly change dates and they make it impossible to contact cause they know you want a refund. I sent 9 emails. I contacted them on Facebook and Twitter, they still didn't even acknowledge me in the last 4 months.

I purchased tickets for the Countess Luanne show that was originally scheduled for June 2, 2022. Without explanation, the venue contacted me a week prior and stated that the show would be moved to June 4, 2022. The email did not mention anything about refunds.I was going to be out of the province on June 4 and contacted Admit One to request a refund. Their initial response was that they “don’t do refunds” and they stopped responding to my emails (despite the venue arbitrarily moving the date).A day before the show, Admit One sent me upgraded seats (again, for a concert I already told them I could not attend) only because the ticket sales for the event were poor and they had to close the balcony. I reiterated that I wanted a refund and their response was that it was too close to the event to issue a refund. No mention was made of their alleged “no refund policy.”All this to say, Admit One’s customer service is atrocious and I will not be purchasing any tickets through them in the future. I suggest you do the same.

Ticketmaster has its faults, though at least it sends reminder emails. While my fault for the most part, this is something I learned the hard way from a forgotten show bought on AdmitOne this past week. Reminder emails are 100% part of the service any reasonable person expects from a ticket selling company.

Total scam. They offer refund insurance at checkout but in the event yout event gets cancelled will string you on for weeks waiting for your refund. Almost a month after the concert was cancelled I still have not recieved my refund despite being promised multiple times from their customer service team. Going to need to file a chargeback claim with my credit card to get my money back.

handled my tons of very well about seat accessibility and i had a great time at the show! will buy more tickets from u guys soon
