I went to get my piercing changed today and they were very friendly. Had lots of jewelry options and made sure they were correct about my sizing. I had good conversations with them and they made me feel very comfortable. If you want to get a piercing or tattoo definitely go to this shop!

I have 3 tattoos from here. The quality of each tattoo is outstanding and I get many complements on them! I had issues with booking and the stencil machine for 2 of the tattoos and was given very generous discounts.

I’ve been coming here for years for piercings and more recently for tattoos. I got my first tattoo here back in October with Stephen. It was such a wonderful experience!! Great vibes in the studio and a beautiful tattoo. Big recommend him! The reason I’m really writing the review is for the experience I had yesterday. I had an appointment booked that unfortunately ended up in a mix up as my intended artist is no longer there. They were extremely professional and kind when dealing with the mix up. Lucky enough, they had an artist there taking walk-ins so I was still able to get tattooed. When I say that I ended up with my all time favourite tattoo, it’s no exaggeration. Carl took the time to draw a whole new design for me, made sure that it was exactly what I wanted and we had a great time chatting and getting it done. Carl and Reid went above and beyond to give me the best customer service experience. So not only were they amazing to spend the time with but I have the most beautiful tattoo I could’ve ever hoped so. So if you’re thinking Taunton Tattoo, DO IT!

Memi tattooed me and my sister, it was my first time and I was super nervous. She was super patient, understanding, quick, and light handed. I will definitely be going again despite the drive it is to get out there. This is a great place to have a tat done.

I just left Taunton Tattoo. My left high nostril fell out today and I needed a new piece. The piercing apprentice helped me— I’m sorry I didn’t get their name!High nostrils are notoriously a pain to do, change, or have done or changed. There wasn’t a matching top to what I had in my right so we decided to change out both. The right went smooth but the left was more of a pain. On top of being an already frustrating piercing, I have a tiny nose coupled with a very deviated septum.The apprentice took their time and was supremely gentle in helping me out. I’m sure they were frustrated doing it but it didn’t show. After all was said and done, I’m even happier with this new set in my nose than the original pieces that were in for seven years.I’ve been pierced countless times over the years and have experienced a lot of different piercers and apprentices in my day.Your apprentice rocks and I 10/10 would go to them again!! Thanks so much for saving my most favourite piercings today and making me love them even more :)

Took my son to get his ears pierced and it was a fantastic experience. The piercer was friendly and explained every step before doing anything. They spoke directly to my son. Which any parent can tell you that even DR's will speak to the parent like the child isn't in the room and it's kinda rude/annoying beyond the age that kids can speak for themselves. Genuinely a great experience. The shop was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend this place for piercings. I cannot say anything about tattoos since we haven't gotten one from here. But judging by the art hung up on the walls I'd say it's safe to say that you'll probably have a good experience here for that as well.

I had my helix pierced with Jess, she was amazing! I was really nervous and I wasn't sure if I could do it, but Jess was so calm and kind to me it helped so much. She talked to me throughout the whole process and told me when to inhale and exhale. She wasn't judgmental and didn't try to rush me either. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is very good at it too!I was recommended to this shop by multiple people, and after being there I understand why! Before I got pierced I called and ask lots of questions, they were knowledgeable and polite. The girl at the front desk even texted me pictures of the jewelry options! The staff here really go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and feel welcomed. Truly a great experienceThanks so much for everything!
