Great workout and excellent tuition. I was really impressed with the trainers abilities and skills. Its a great group to train and workout with.. it would be harsh to make critical judgments after one session. I found the instructors to be very friendly. The workouts and training suited all abilities...no pressure on those that needed a little slower pace and a little more drive for those that could handle a tougher workout.. the class combined a good fitness workout with some hard punching and kicking and practical Krava Maga defense skills.

Such a great fitness/self defence program! I felt welcome, and it was fun to pick up new techniques. Clovis was an awesome instructor who tailored his lessons to his students. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good workout and to gain confidence!

Hands down The best instructor in Ottawa. Great classes teach not only the fundamentals but also reviews some advance techniques which always leave you wanting more. Wonderful cardio workout will ensure you sleep well and walk proud. Drop in for a free class and try for a few months, you wont regret it!
