I called LCBO at the end of November looking for a scotch advent calendar.With zero in store, Julie located some still available in stores across Ontario and had them shipped in.The willingness to help, making it actually happen, service with a smile… I just can’t say enough about the level of customer service I received!!!Thank you Julie!!!!

I won't be buying from this location again. An older guy with glasses refused to sell to me because I was with a friend who didn't have ID and is not from Canada. She's 28 years old and she wasn't even the one buying..she was just by my side. They even refused one of our other friends because they saw him with me. I've never had such an experience at LCBO before. A true inconvenience. I'll just save my time and go to any location but here from now on.

I bought Corona non alcoholic beer and reacted badly to it. I then checked the date and realised it's expired. I took it back to the shop. The teller apologised and called the assistant manager when I informed her about my health. This manager could care less and told me there is nothing he can do about it. I felt disgusted. Not even a 'sorry'. I guess if I had come in with a letter from the court, I would have received a proper reaction of empathy. I don't think I'll ever buy from this shop
