The staff are super friendly. I've been twice and both times they were fantastic. My issue lies in the fact that I was offered the option for an email receipt which I took as it was the holidays and I didn't want to misplace all the receipts. Unfortunately it seemed that meant that I had signed up for their mailing list. I don't think that's ethical but whatever I can unsubscribe. Except to do that, I needed to contact customer service for one of the emails and the other email didn't even give an option. I find that to be very scummy and not an action that a big company like Sephora should practice. It's honestly soured my feelings towards them despite their great customer service.

I visited this store a couple of days ago and was surprised at how much the service has improved. I had visited on previous occasions and was generally ignored. I think there are new staff members and they are doing a wonderful job. Everyone is so lovely! I was looking for a couple of items for gifts and the team was wonderful in helping me pick out the right items. Thanks so much!

Everyone was very freindly but i found one person not as friendly or willing to help me out in finding the product i needed. That same person checked me out at cash too. I wouldnt ask them for assistance next time.

Went to this store -no one came to help - they all looked at me and walked away. I am 50 so perhaps I was in the wrong place? After a while, a manager asked me to wait at a certain counter and said she’d get help but she disappeared too. Maybe best to clarify who they cater to….

Iyra who works in the skin care section on weekends is truly a gem! she was so helpful and was so knowledgeable about every product and her energy is radiant. deserves all the recognition ! <3

Was the first time shopping here. Very kind, polite, professional, hardworking staff on the floor willing to listen to customer. Associates helped alot today and found a fragrance I liked however size desired not available. I truly wished I could have made a purchase today given the great customer service received. Will definitely return and recommend this location. Shopping online last year also an excellent experience. I often buy Sephora gift cards at the grocery store for family for Birthdays/Christmas/Graduation etc. as it is their favorite place to shop and I can see why now.

I booked one of my clients a full face make up application with a make up artist. She was interested in a natural makeup look. She’s Asian and already has a very pretty face and glowing complexion. Always love the staff and this location was very clean, well organized and stocked! Great job and another happy client :)

Rose in Sephora at Yong Eglinton Centre was the best beauty consultant! he patiently walked me through all the products and answered all our questions, was so lovely and helpful. I was willing to buy a full-coverage concealer so he took me to the right products Huda Beauty and helped me find my exact concealer shade. I just wanted to say that is is an excellent employee and one of the nicest customer service I’ve met so far. Thank you Rose and I hope more people shop here as well.
